Property not well-maintained. Cracked walls. Bugs in bathroom. Not clean. Didn’t look like carpeted areas on sixth floor had been vacuumed in days. Staff super friendly and helpful.

I traveled from Pennsylvania because my son is attending Texas tech university. The property is very close to college. Pool was down which I was very upset about and hotel was very hot in the hallways . It was like they didn’t have air . It was very uncomfortable walking to the room .

We were placed in a room outside of the main hotel. I chose this hotel because of the indoor access to the room much safer. Water pressure was next to none. Had to ask whether the food attendant was going to replenish Breakfast items

Quiet place to stay in a close proximity to all the places we needed. The pool was out of service which was one reason we choice this location. There was no trash cans in the room except the small one in the bathroom. No ice machine on the floor of our room.

Property appears nice in pictures but at its heart it’s just a run down property with bathroom sinks that are clogged, inconvenient elevators and the look of what once was a nicer place.

Great staff! Dog friendly.

Great stay. Brought my dog. The staff was nice and wonderful. Breakfast had a nice selection. I feel the staff put me at a far away room in case my dog got distracted. I appreciated this a lot! I would stay here again.

Sheets were dirty in our first room and the bathroom smelled awful so we were moved to another room a few doors down. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned in the new room but we didn’t want to move our stuff again. 6th floor hallway smelled like sewage in some parts. Only stayed for one night so wasn’t expecting much.
