Room was a great size for the price and overall was clean except for the sink drain... I had to scrub it down with the provided soap and scrubber. Black gunk and sewage smell, but after a deep cleaning the smell was gone. Other than that great stay; bed comfy, water HOT, and Breakfast was decent. Area was so quiet, super safe and had restaurunts literally a 5 minute walk away. Would stay again!

Clean room, staff where not friendly. It always seemed ypu were bothering them and the breakfast staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Good overnight stay. Staff was friendly at check in while we had to do the check in on our phone due to computer issues at the front desk. Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice. Only one washcloth in the bathroom was odd when there was 2 of us. Hotel is in a good location but parking to check in is not very convenient. Overall nice hotel.

We loved it! The size of the room was great, it was right next to several restaurants, and staff was wonderful. The breakfast was kind of a let down compared to what's pictured in the photos, but overall we really enjoyed our stay

Seems understaffed

We've stayed here several times when passing through Lubbock. The kitchen facilitates in the suites are good. But this time we tried to talk to the front desk twice and both times no one was there or came when we called. The tv didn't work -- would only play Lubbock city council meetings! The rugs were terribly stained. It's overall a well-situated and fine hotel, but it seems like it is not as well staffed or maintained as it used to be.

Excellent rooms and friendly staff. My stay was really great. The only hiccup was that I was originally given a room which, when I opened the door, realized was already occupied. This was quickly resolved, but could have been really awkward situation. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Worst manager ever!

I made reservations for the wrong day and approached the manager and because our reservations were not for that day, she asked us to leave and even threatened to call the police. She could clearly see we had reservations. I have never had a hotel employee so rude and ugly! I will never stay at this chain again.
