This property was not as advertised. There were many problems with the room including dirty floors, sheets, mattresses, damage, and what looked like mold. There was litter everywhere outside and people loitering outside that harassed me and asked to shower in my room. We did not feel safe and moved to another hotel after entering the room. The on duty manager was very nice and offered a refund, however it seems that the refund is being denied by the company.

When we arrived at this property I was told by the person behind the counter that there was only 1 room left. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was occupied. Not by a few belongings, but like a family was living there. My wife was very scared at this point. I went back to the front desk and the attendant told me that whoever checked out must not have taken their stuff. I then asked how this was not discovered when the room was cleaned? He did not have an answer because obviously it was not cleaned. There were homeless people all over this property. Some of them were looking for food in the garbage cans in the front of this motel. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location even though this was the week before school started and rooms anywhere were very hard to find. I have never seen a worse hotel/motel experience in my life so we left.

Front desk clerk screamed at wife telling her to leave because she asked for the room that was reserved when he gave her a different one. She left and went to another hotel. She had to call the police to meet her back at Baymont to get her drivers license because he wouldn’t give it back when asked for it before she left. Very frightened of the man. The police said they were very aware of that hotel and they had problems there frequently.

Checked in the first night and someone was asleep in our room said to be a employee but the room was messy so they moved us to a room that the sink was nasty and didn't work but we gave them one more try and the room was clean and nice but got ate with bedbugs so never again

There was flies all over my room, stains on the bedsheets, the ceiling paint was falling on us as we slept, the room reeked of cigarettes no matter how much we sprayed febreeze and had multiple crack heads knocking on our door throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here
