The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpfull....my vehicle was involved in a crash the day i finished the move of my daughter from california to lubbock texas....i ended staying 5 days in lubbock ...the staff went far and above helping me to stay and get my situation handled....i will be staying at the days inn lubbock medical center location everytime i visit lubbock in the future
Place is clean and easy to find. I don’t know the name of the guy on the front desk but he was very helpful and pleasant. One thing though: Our room doesn’t have a toilet paper holder and we have to ask for the toilet paper. The rest was great.

It’s a fine place to stay for a night while traveling. Room was only OK. A used washcloth was in the tub. Clean one’s were properly hung. Bed was made in a rush - sheets were clean but not tucked in. Not a big deal.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Very impressed!
It was conveniently located near TTU campus. Breakfast was decent.

Newer property yet the condition of my room was bad. The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower fixtures were loose and almost falling of the wall and the main lightbulb in the room was flickering so hard it almost gave me a seizure.
Excellent! Very clean, that was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
My truck got broken into my first night there. I didn’t feel like the staff was willing to do anything to help make it right. I understand the hotel is not liable for my belongings that were stolen but make up for it some other way is what I think should have occurred.
