Our stay at the hotel was excellent, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. We enjoyed skiing at Vail, and the shuttle bus was very convenient. The drivers were always friendly and attentive, and bartender A C provided superb service. The bar offered a great selection. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

Although automated check-in was easy, the fact that there was no one available if we needed assistance, which we did was frustrating. And no one responded when we tried to reach out via text. The room was clean enough and fairly quiet but the bed was rock hard and the bedding was terrible. We booked a suite which was actually just two room next to each other, kind of disappointing and deceptive.
