For an older property it was clean and well maintained.

The property is very dated and has a smell to it. Bed sheets were king on queen and looked like they had been slept in. Towel rack was broken in bathroom.

The website said the bar was open, which was why we chose it. Unfortunately, when we got there we discovered it was not.

The staff was friendly however the upholstery on the small coach was badly stained and there was no blanket on the bed just a sheet and a thin covering.

We stayed here on a cold February night. there was only a thin bedspread with no blankets. We turned up the heat to compensate and every time it came on is sounded like a skidding semi about to run me over. The combination made for a horrible night's sleep. The one thing a hotel of this cost should at least be able to provide. The only compensation we were offered was a free bottled water. No thanks.

This property is a bit dated, which is surprising for this chain. When we came in, the stairs looked like they had not been cleaned for sometime. The biggest surprise was the $10 charge for self parking. The parking lot is no different than any other hotel, not sure why the charge. It just seems like a money grab that was hidden in the fine print on the listing.

Location was perfect. Close to many dining areas. Parking was great & we could see our truck from our room window, which was great due to large crate we were bringing home in the truck bed.

Standard Courtyard Marriott, but needs to be updated and staff more attentive to details. Long line at check in because the "one of our (two) computers is down". Severe odor in the room. In the early morning, I needed to work in the lobby so my wife could sleep, but the staff had radio playing loudly from the kitchen area. It was - very annoying. And, I was on the far side of the lobby. I suppose I expect more from Marriott.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Check in went very smooth and desk help was very helpful and great customer service.

Great location, very close to shopping and eateries. Hotel is clean and hotel is quiet.

The room was not cleaned properly. Carpet badly stained, not vacuumed, hair in bathroom. Additionally, the towel bar was broken/missing so the towels were just stacked on the vanity. The room sleeps four but was fitted with just 2 bath towels, one washcloth, two hand towels, and no bath mat. Worst of all, one of the beds appeared to not have been changed. The sheets and pillowcases were soiled! To top it all off, the TV didn't work. All channels were pixelated and not viewable. I asked the front desk if any housekeeping staff was on site and was told no. She didn't offer to move us to a different room. Never again!

Clean with a large bed room. Parkinglot too small, poor layout.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Food was excellent. Was a little hard to find as sign was very small, but was a great hotel overall.

The room was a decent size. The beds too firm for my taste. There were stains on some of the bedding. The shower faucet was weird. There was no free breakfast, just a little knock off Starbucks in the lounge. For the price, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Just off I-40. Close to numerous Amarillo locations (mall, movie theater, numerous restaurant options)

We were there for a bridesmaid/bachelorette trip! Hotel staff were great and made sure we had everything! Overall great great great service!

Mr. Adams, I apologize for the experiences you encountered during your stay. The $10 parking fee has been reimbursed to your credit card. Hopefully you will allow us another opportunity next time you are in Amarillo. Thanks
