The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Food was excellent. Was a little hard to find as sign was very small, but was a great hotel overall.

The room was a decent size. The beds too firm for my taste. There were stains on some of the bedding. The shower faucet was weird. There was no free breakfast, just a little knock off Starbucks in the lounge. For the price, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Just off I-40. Close to numerous Amarillo locations (mall, movie theater, numerous restaurant options)

We were there for a bridesmaid/bachelorette trip! Hotel staff were great and made sure we had everything! Overall great great great service!

The hotel is clean and well run, though construction (that should be done by the end of the summer of 2014) should provide for discounted rooms.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel currently remodeling Bristol area. I'm sure it will be quite nice judging from other Marriotts I have stayed in. Soooo it's understandable that having the eating area by the front door is the best they can do now. Most hotels today include a free breakfast with your stay (this one did not), but typically it's not very good (either cold breakfast items or you microwave something). I'm pleased to pay for a good, hot, high quality breakfast to get my day started. Also having afternoon and evening eating options in the hotel are important for travelers who are short on time, to tired to want to fight traffic or directions to unknown restaurants. This also allows for convenient small get togethers for business or personal reasons.

The hotel was nothing special. The lobby was under construction, so some dust was present in that location. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and the heat worked well. Shower was clean, though it could use an upgrade to the curved shower curtains. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

Overall good experience. Able to book room just hours before arrival. Staff was not very nice but everything else was great. Large bathroom , very comfortable bed.

Hotel under construction but was a good stay definitely stay there again

With the exception of one person at the front desk, I found the staff to be unfriendly and overworked. I only saw ONE person at the front at any time so they were very overworked. The "hot tub" - WASN'T. At best, it was almost warm. The water for the hot tea came from a coffee pot and tasted more like coffee than tea. This certainly is not a place Courtyard by Marriott would want its name on.

Nice facilities very comfortable room. I would stay here again without question. Staff was very friendly.

It was comfortable, everything worked well including the wi-fi, and the staff were very nice. The location is good - mall is across the highway, lots of good restaurants all around. I'll definitely stay there again on my next Amarillo business trip!

great location..within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a movie theater.

MARRIOT WAS A WONDERFUL HOTEL! I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. HOPEFULLY WILL MAKE ANOTHER VISIT VERY SOON.

Everything was awesome.. Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Only negative they lose a star for is the hot tub is not hot enough to be called a hot tub, and it can't be adjusted :-(

Clean room and great breakfast eventhough you have to pay a little extra for it. Eggs made fresh to order. Buffet sytle breakfast layout...bacon...sasusage links.....potatoes....and scrambled eggs, gravy, etc. Friendly, efficient employees....quiet place to stay with plenty of restaurants all aound including Carinos, Red Robin, Logans Roadhouse.

The staff was very friendly. Our tv was not working properly and the staff offered to change our room if we wanted to. We elected to stay and our tv worked just fine. We will definately stay there in the future. Thanks.

I got there after 5 p.m. and the room was still not ready.

Our stay at the Courtyard Amarillo was a very pleasant one. From the Service at the front desk on arrival until we left the next day, the whole stay was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The Lobby was welcoming, the business center was in an open area right next to the lounge area which gave it a feel of being at home. It was not closed up in a small room. The outdoor courtyard in the back of the building was a serene place to stroll and relax. The landscaping was immaculately groomed with flowers, trees and bushes as well as a gazebo which also made it seem like we were at home. The room itself was spacious, extremely clean and welcoming. We also used the indoor swimming pool and spa. They were also extremely clean and enjoyable to use. The breakfast buffet we had was excellent. The eggs were cooked to order and the rest of the buffet was very well presented. The food was also very delicious. Overall, the facility was excellent.
