Didn't seem worth the price

The staff was very rude they made me twice for both nights which was unacceptable and I already paid prior to booking

Very clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Very safe walkable neighborhood. I noticed the house keeping staff frequently cleaning elevators and furniture in the lobby. Everyone was wearing masks. While the hotel does not have food service there is a coffee shop a few steps from the front door and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel has just opened a lobby bar which was a nice surprise. I also noticed it's dog friendly! I'd definitely stay here again.

Great service, clean, and convenient location. Loved the view from the rooftop pool and the free milk and cookies in the evening.

Great place. Very clean. Good location and freat service!

The checkin was a little longer than I had hoped but the staff was very friendly. The one thing that made me less than happy was the elevators. We waited several minutes (3-5) at times to get on. I understood that the evening we arrived it could be longer than expected due to a large wedding but on Sunday when we departed it was more than 5 minutes to get to the lobby because the elevators were so slow. I think at least one was broken but because it always read floor 4. The hotel room was clean and nice but the shower was a tub style and I prefer a traditional larger square shower. I will stay here again but not before other hotel that are as nice or nicer and lower cost are available.

Quick and easy check in. Great price and walking distance to Minute Maid Park.

History. Restaurant and lounge were overpriced. Housekeeping and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool area was dirty and water was in need of being treated. Water was light green and hazy in color. There was always a shortage of clean dry towels I. The pool area. The location was great. Overall, I would stay here again.

Smelled wonderful. Great location. Clean rooms. Nice bar.

Loved the community table and the great tasting chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

pet friendly hotel, does not charge extra :) Staff gave out tasty treats to our dog. The rooftop view is memorable. No breakfast but coffee in morning is a plus.

The hallway smelled like vomit, and even though the hotel was nowhere near full, I was given a room that faced two air shafts. There was all kinds of construction/drainage around the front of the hotel, with no warning that that was the case, so our car couldn't get anywhere near the front door. We had to park away and walk with our luggage. Lots of homeless and panhandlers on the streets around the hotel, so people who are not accustomed to that as part of big city life, may feel ill at ease.

Neat location to the Minute Made Park-5 minutes walk from the hotel! The hotel was very clean and pet friendly.

Loved the pool on the roof. Beds were very comfortable. Free cookies! Free shuttle within downtown. Just all together a great place to stay.
