The charges por valet parking are stupid high I will never satay again there

Location was great and room size is fine, but when I asked for help to clean the bed around 930p because my little one vomited, nobody came till 11p despite I called three times. I could not take shower, could not sleep, could not do anything but hold the baby because she had nowhere to sleep either.

Clean and nice stay, staff was friendly. Short walk to the galleria and other shops and things to do.

The room was just very dirty. The soap bar and soap dish on the sink were spattered all over with a dried brown substance. There were hairs everywhere. A man with dark hair stayed in the room before us because his stubble from shaving was still in the sink and his body hairs were in the bathroom and visible on the white drawer part of the nightstand. The carpet was dirty and I found trash on the floor on my side of the bed. There was a piece of plastic wrapper and the hard plastic of a large price tag that I stepped on.

Great location in Houston easy to get to. Also, wonderful that you can go in and out with valet without extra cost if you are staying overnight.

I didn't care for the valet parking that charges $32 a night which the hotel has nothing to do with since its operated by another company DirectTS.com. On our last day, we checked out of our hotel stepped outside only to see our car parked where we had left it last night. The valet told us that they could not move the car since they misplaced the fob. After three hours of looking at a security camera trying to track down the valet who I gave the fob to, waiting in the lobby they finally called a locksmith. A total of four hours went by (the company never offered breakfast or lunch for our inconvenience) the locksmith finally showed up with a new fob. As my husband walked towards the car, he noticed something sticking out of our windshield, there on the inside windshield was our fob. This ruined our day of doing more sightseeing and our mood. All we got was an apology, I'm sorry its not enough. I want nothing to do with a valet service ever again.

Stayed in Regency Executive Suite. The room was not well appointed. Furniture was uncomfortable and impractical. Either too low or too high. No work desk in the living or bedroom. The Room was not very clean. Dirt and dust under and behind furniture. A toy and a clothing item from previous guest wasvleft under the couch. Half of the lights in the living room were blown which they fixed once I identified it. But when paying over $400 a night for a room oversights like this are not expected. There was no literature in the room explaining the hotel amenities and facilities such as gym and pool hours, restaurant hours, hotel policies such as check out times etc... I have stayed in hotels all around the world and The valet parking at this hotel is the slowest I have ever experienced. At no time were they ever crowded but they were always slow. Even when calling down in advance to have the car ready it was not. We never waited less than 10min to receive our vehicle. They did however wave the Valet cost for me. The staff was nice and professional and responded when I made requests but a well managed hotel should not have a need for so many requests

Loved the facility. A great look. Right across the street from the Galleria! Definitely will go back. Just wish valet wasn't $32.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Modern room with comfortable bed. I feel like the bathroom floors don't get cleaned in between guests. Our bathroom was not stocked with enough toilet paper. No extra rolls so we ran out. The biggest drawback is that they don't have a true restaurant.

Hotel is new and has potential to be great , but lack of amenities , limited room service , cleanliness and attention to details failed this property . Although the overly all hotel Iain great location and staff are very friendly , it lacks the convenience of in house services and facilities to make business stay convenient
