Brook the front desk associate was wonderful and did a GREAT Job ensuring my daughter and 2 grandkids were accommodated easily and quick due to their Southwest Hobby plane misfortune.

There were not soaps or lotions, ice machine didn’t work.. shower handles were broke, not the experience I thought it would be

Good service

The hotel is a little older. The bathroom was nice in the room but the room itself is a little dated. Overall it was nice and I would stay again.

Like the free transportation to and from the airport

Respectful staff half of them were very understanding.

Our stay was amazing. Only issue is they had no extra roll of toilet paper in the room, we ran out and had to call for more. Other than that I give it a 2 thumbs up.

Staff at check in was very friendly, the room was very clean and super comfy.

Hotel was close to airport, offered everything I needed.

Warm staff. I liked the courtesy of ride but I wish it could have been more available on weekend.

The bed I slept in was caved in. must be REALLY old, I had 2 very uncomfortable nights. other than that, for a quick stay in hou @ hobby airport, just fine.

When I arrived at the hotel I was very please with the staff and how modern this hotel seemed. I ordered the King bed and they said they were sold out so they upgraded me to a suite. The suite however needed some work. The carpet was very dirty and had uneven bumps like it was very wore down. The room didn't smell the best. I was only there for one night so didn't bother to say anything.
