The hotel was quiet, and clean. The front desk ladies were also sweet, whenever they were at the front desk. The only bad part is that we had mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Unfortunately, it triggered our allergies.

I got a dirty room, there was blood stains in the blanket. I had order a room with double beds and they didn't have any available. I still got billed for doubles.

Nicely updated and clean. Note that their are 2 different Courtyard by Marriot NW in Houston. So, if you ask Siri to take you to Courtyard Northwest, you may end up at the wrong one. One of them REALLY needs to change its name.

There were small bugs in the restroom that covered everyone’s toothbrushes. Left the toothbrush there overnight, woke up with a lot of little bugs everywhere. It was disgusting. The bathtub’s drain was clogged and the water couldnt drain after showers. It was overall, terrible room.

The property was just as described, the rates were good. We have no complaints.

Nice property very clean and the staff were great.

Beautiful room for a great price, hotel staff was welcoming and accomidating and the room felt brand new. 10/10 reccomend.

The bed was super hard, the pillows didn't bounce back when you laid on them, the covers were thin. The AC thermostat would had a large variance to it's cycle. We set it on 75, it would cool to 75 then shut off and it wouldn't kick back on until something like 78. So by the time it would kick back on you would be sweating under the covers. If you kicked the covers off then when it went back down to 75 you would be cold. I tried making it cooler so I could stay under the covers all the time, but the covers were so thin that I was cold under them. To sum it up, it was a lousy night of sleep.

The property, staff & room were all amazing! I will definitely be back!

Great location off of 290. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown.

My stay was pretty good. Right now it's near Christmas, so when I checked in there was hot cocoa, candy canes, cookies, and popcorn. Unfortunately I waited to indulge my sweet tooth until after I had put my luggage in my room. Only a scant amount of popcorn was left, doesn't appear they refill the check in goodies. The Bistro breakfast was very delicious, definitely recommend the country potatoes. They seem to be training new staff, but everyone was very nice and made an effort. The actual room was quite small, and while having a very noisy large door, it didn't do anything to block out light or sound. The wall fabric was very pretty. I liked the consoles built in to the side tables for usb charging and plugs. The bathroom is nice, but there wasn't a dedicated hand soap near the sink or a dish. There is a cubby in the shower with toiletries including Paul Mitchell hair care. I did use the pool, it was small, but very nice. Overall my stay was pleasant, but I like better luxuries.
