If you notify the hotel that your bringing a dog they will tell about the 25 dollar charge. What they won't tell you about is this long list you have to sign once you get there. Including that you can never leave your dog alone in the room. If you do they will kennel them without your knowledge our consent. At your expense. I will not stay here again.

Check in Staff was terrible very short danced around instead of helping guest asked a question women act as if I was bothering her

Great staff, very helpful. amenities were clean and up to date. Free high speed internet is a big plus.

Hotel very clean and convenient, located in very good place. Enjoyed our stay, will stay again when we fly out of Houston.

We arrived into Houston late at night, I booked this hotel for its shuttle service 24 hrs. The service and hotel was really great. Clean, had amenities I needed to work the next day.

After flying all day it was a great feeling when we arrived at the Sherton North. We were made welcome and enjoyed a needed nights rest, which we achieved.

This hotel was a bust. Prior to arrival tried to call hotel but the phone system was not working, upon check in was not told this, what if I had an emergency in the room, there was no way to call front desk for help, paid for club floor room with free snack and drinks, coffee machine broken, no snacks and it was dirty. Shuttle made us wait 30 minutes to be picked up, overall this hotel gets a zero

The hotel was recently remodeled, few years ago??, but the rooms are already 'beat up' and the cleanliness was lackluster! The hallways looked they hadn't been vacuumed in a week or more! The room looked good at first glance but then there was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor and a wastebasket that wasn't emptied....so was the room even cleaned?! I called down for extra pillows - twice, but never go them! really?! Our air-conditioner, even though on cool setting did NOT work and our room slowly increased in temperature all night. We were miserable and had to sleep on top of covers. UGH! However, the lobby area must have had the opposite issue because it was FREEZING cold, everyone was wearing their heavy coats and when we were there it never did get warm.

Less than average food, don’t have variety of options.

All services open during Christmas was a pleasant surprise.

Firmer pillows would be nice. That’s all I have to say.

Cold room caused by dirty hvac filter. Rude staff. Basic accomodations close to IAH at affordable rate

I arrived to the hotel at 3:15pm, and check in time was 3pm. I reserved a room with a king size bed and was told upon check in that there were no more rooms with king sized beds. I asked about a wait time for a bigger bed and was told approximately 45 minutes. I was told that I could opt for a room with 2 double beds. I took the 2 double beds because my husband and I were both tired and didn't want to wait for a bed that may not have been available anyway. We slept okay but sleeping in one double bed was way too small for us both. When we checked out the next morning and I was explaining to the lady about not being totally satisfied with the size of the bed, she dismissed us. I feel that if you reserve a certain type of room and it has been prepaid for, then you should get what was reserved. I have stayed at this hotel before and have had no issues. Not sure if I want to chance reserving another room there and not getting what I paid for the next time. Also don't want to deal with hotel staff who are dismissive of complaints from patrons. My stay was from 11/18/17- 11/19/17.

I wasn’t a pleasant experience. The room had many issues.

Enjoyable nights, pleasant room ,sheraton club was nice With personalized access.

Love the hotel, free transportation to airport ,but they forgot the 2:50am wake up call

I will recomend to book on this great hotel to everyone

Got to this hotel at 10pm on a Saturday after landing at IAH. The line had about 15 parties waiting with only two staff at the counter. 90 mins later, came to realized the place was overbooked due to an airlines flight cancellation(s). So the hotel had to satisfy the airlines contract they had by putting all of those who were sent by the airlines into rooms. So customers like me who had an actual reservation that's been paid for, would have to go to another Sheraton location because they gave all the rooms away even the ones who had reservations. Then I had to go to another Sheraton about 25 mins away... that was 2 am already. Will never ever stay at this location again... highly unlikely will stay with Sheraton again. Dear Orbitz, this is borderline scamming, I would suggest you to not to do businesss with Sheraton.

I liked the overall lay-out and convenience of the location. My wife and I felt safe at the location. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Short stay but beyond my expectations. Cleanliness was of hotel and rooms were of the highest standards. Close to airport. Would definitely recommend and anticipate staying here again.
