It was great, I have no complaints at all. The front desk staff was nice, and the happy hour was amazing. The kids had a wonderful time in the heated indoor pool in January!

It was too warm in the room, and we were not able to adjust the temp. Also bellhop request for assistance leaving was not met because of other activities in hotel. Still the Best Buy for a hotel stay.

Nice indoor pool, great daily breakfast, quiet. The kids loved sitting beside the fish tank for breakfast.

Super easy check in, I parked in the visitor spaces with no issues, room was exactly as described, plunged the ac down to 68 degrees. This was a smoking room so I was still able to have a cigarette, everything was very clean.

Me and my fiancé soooo loved it here. You must have a car to get around Houston so make sue you rent one. Other than that, it was such a great visit. I have never been there before and I am so ready to go back. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast every morning and the happy hour in the evening were fab! It is jus a great place to be.

Clean room. Friendly staff. The only complaints I have is that there was no tub - shower only (albeit a very large luxurious shower) and Saturday nights the hall was LOUD very late - multiple people booking rooms for parties near my room. If I hadn't had an early Sunday morning meeting, it wouldn't have been a problem.

The staff was super nice to my entire family. I have a one year old and a five year old and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. The breakfast and managers reception are added bonuses. And the indoor pool is a nice place to play any time of the year. This is my go to hotel when visiting friends in Houston.

This is a really nice hotel. I couldn't give it full credit for amenities, because you have to pay daily for internet access. That is pretty ridiculous considering it so expensive. Also, the location isn't great. It is in a decent area, but kind of far from anything of note, and the cab ride from the airport is $80. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful and helpful. There is free drinks during happy hour!

Staff was nice, parking was easy, room was good...but, I think it could've been cheaper.

Good location, not too bad for the size and value of the room. Parking was easy.

The suite was well appointed and they staff was very attentive and eager to help I would stay there again

King suite was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable.

Weekend getaway for the boys celebrating our 40 birthdays. Catching up with friends and hanging out. Hotel was in a good location, halfway between friends and Houston. Hotel was good.

great hotel; nice bar and lobby as well as free to order b'fast; nice comfortable suites

Very clean, comfortable & awesome service. Great FREE breakfasts & happy hour was a nice deal also.

Service was great. Eventhough we arrived one hour earlier we were still able to check in. Room was perfect for our weekend without kids. Great view, very quiet and best of all the bed was very comfortable. Manager's reception was excellent but we did miss out on the breakfast since we decided to sleep in. Overall it was perfect.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!!!!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Can't wait to stay there again!

nice place We like that breakfast is part of the deal

We really enjoyed our stay. We wished the toilet paper and tissue paper were softer as myself and my husband had colds. Really enjoyed the nightly receptions and breakfast.

Good place to relax. Good Breakfast Buffet.
