Very terrible hotel and experience

STAY AWAY!!!!! I booked two rooms for a family trip, the room smells, one of the room was poorly lighted and they was heavy smell of cigarette and staleness in the air. The hallways were dirty and the carpets on the floor in the room looks like it’s not been cleaned for a long time. It looks extremely dirty and slimy. We could not stay in the hotel with my 11 months old and 7 yrs old kids due to the strong cigarette smell and sanitation level of the hotel. If you care for your safety and health, stay away from this hotel

The room was disgusting as well as the facility. The ceiling had traces of mold and mildew. I went in the room to lay across the bed in the bedroom but the television didn't work. I went downstairs to speak with the attendant about it. While doing this my wife and daughter called and said that there were roaches in the room. I immediately packed up my family and left the facility within 15 minutes. This was a terrible experience for me and my family. This was not as advertised. I will be seeking a full refund. Thank you in advance.

We would absolutely stay here again

The AC water drips into our shower, room 431, from all the condensation from the AC units, so you have to keep the bathroom door closed and it will muffle the sound, during the season of AC useage. The toilet seat was broken and we asked them to fix it while we were there for 4 nights, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, hot, and there was a variety of foods and drinks. I loved how we could park in the garage on our floor level and walk right into our floor from the parking garage. It felt like a little more private that way.

I got locked in my room because the lock/latch got stuck. I had to unscrew the door from inside to get out. My room was above the laundry room, the floor shook all the time the washers and dryers were on. Staff was very nice and complementary breakfast was good.

I will say all staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The hotel was well kept and smelled of fresh laundry throughout. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which is spacious and almost comfortable. When making the reservation I specifically chose a handicap accessible room as I’m an amputee using a Walker to get around. The disappointment happened when it comes to the bathroom. Just because the room has a walk-in shower doesn’t make it accessible. Just because that shower has a grab bar doesn’t make that accessible. When using a mobility device, there has to be enough room for you to get in close the door and turn around and in my particular room, I found going to the bathroom and in the shower very frustrating because there wasn’t enough room to open the door with the shower door open and toilet in the way… the struggle was real. Because I was only staying one night I didn’t make it an issue. However, I would advise your staff to really be aware of the requirements of the Americans with disabilities act entails to truly make it an accessible space. Being able to turn around in the bathroom is important and being able to do that and being able to close the door for privacy is kind of a big deal. When a disabled guest arrives (especially those using a mobility device walker, scooter, wheelchair ) and has requested an accessible room it’s not just one shower rail that we need. A roll in shower with multiple handrails and space to maneuver is what’s necessary.

The pool was closed that was the main reason for choosing this place. The pictures compared to real life was nothing like it. The comforters in the room both beds had mold in the inside. If you lift the comforter up you can see the black in there. I will post a picture. I have asthma and could not sleep in the bed. I slept on the floor. I definitely do not recommend this place. The breakfast was ok nothing to wake up for.
Black spots are mold. The cotton in there was not dried properly causing mold to grow.

When I first booked this property, I thought it had direct relation to the Hyatt. It may just be a subsidiary because it wasn’t Hyatt standards. In my opinion. I gave the property this rating because. The level of cleanliness was not pristine the paper towel towels in the kitchenette were dirty on the first couple sheets, the area above the shower was not clean, and just look like everything could use a shampoo and wipe down once more. Also, my TV did not work m. However I will say the beds were clean, orderly and very comfortable.
