This is my second stay in couple of months and I enjoyed their hospitality, keep it up.I did not inquire or use hot tub, guest laundry, shuttle service and banquet rooms as i do need these amenities during my stay.
This was by far the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in! I was SUPER disapointed the pool/hot tub was out of order and they did not mention that on their site before hand, so when we got to the hotel i told them it was mine and my husbands first anniversary and was disapointed we would not be able to use the hot tub. So they upgraded us from a standard to a suite for the inconvienence!!! Their restaurant is extremely affordable and ps the nachos were amazing!! Cant wait to stay again.
The best hotel I have ever stayed! The service was excellent and the room was amazing!! I was able to use the indoor pool and eat in the very stylish restaurant! I can't wait to get back to Houston this summer!
Little disappointed in this holiday and things are OK but they're not great like I've come accustomed to. It's quiet off the beaten path. If I had a do over I think I probably would. It does have a in door pool. Staff was very nice though
The rooms were very nice spacious.restaurant good food especially the hamburgers delicious.the hotel staff nice and friendly.bar staff without a dought top! Notch i will definitely stay there next time I'm back in Houston oh and the pool was perfect after the exercise room
We were just in Houston for the Super Bowl - 60 of us all together. The hotel was perfect - rooms were clean and well equipped - staff was above and beyond nice. Mark at the desk was over the top helpful with local recommendations and seeing to everyone's needs. The night crew in the hotel bar - Sporting News Grill - were amazing! Oscar, Johnny and Daniel handled the large crowd like seasoned pros - never skipped a beat - and 60 football fans can be a pain when drinking! All 3 were extremely pleasant and helpful in not only serving food and drinks to all but taking the time to offer suggestions on local attractions asked by the various groups. Well - well done!! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!
This is a fairly new Holiday Inn. I stayed here about 3 years ago for 6 weeks and the rooms still look nice. I was upgraded to a king suite which was nice. It was a large room, separate sitting room and bedroom, mini fridge and microwave. My one complaint is the lighting in the bathroom, it's horrible for applying makeup. I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.
We arrived at 3am and had a problem with our reservation. The person that made our reservation two days before did not put in the expiration date properly. The clerk was unsure what to do so we called Citibank and they resolved the issue. The clerk did apologize for not investigating further. The suite was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and hallways were quiet. We did have dinner via room service. The food came in a timely fashion. One problem was that One of the condiments came already open and used. After calling to explain the situation they agreed to fix the situation. After waiting ten minutes we went down stairs and retrieved another bottle of mayonnaise. Not even 3 minutes later there was a knock at the door they remade the entire order and apologized for the problem. It was a misunderstanding, I was not clear in explaining that I only wanted another bottle of mayo. Our meal was delicious. We ordered the cowboy burger and club sandwhich with sweet potato fries. We were truly grateful for the hotel restaurant trying tho make amends. Upon check out we did have some changes that had to be made to our final bill but the manager kindly took care of that. Unfortunately I did not get pictures of the hotel this time.
Hotel is fine. Service is horrific. Another guest left their lights on in the parking lot, and we tried to inform the front desk. She informed us they don't keep that information and there was nothing she could do and wouldn't even take the plate info, (this was 20 minutes after we checked in and had to give our plates, make and model), on an otherwise extremely slow and quiet night. Someone at this hotel woke up to a dead battery due to lazy staff.
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels, friendly staff. There aren't many places to eat within walking distance which. I enjoy at a hotel and the maid service comes at 9am. Even on the day we checked out which was just a little inconvenient. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
