If you are not a united worker you are not treated quite as good. We sit on the shuttle for 35 minutes because the driver needs to wait for two united employees. Then when you get to the double tree the desk trys to help the united employees before you the paying customer not only to the airline but the hotel as well. I will not stay at a hilton hotel again. Just go to the marriot it is closer and better.

As expected for the most part. Warm cookie and cold bottle of water at check-in a plus. Our water shut off mid-shower in the morning, so that was an inconvenience. Otherwise friendly efficient staff, clean facilities, all as expected for a mid-range hotel.

Very very hot rooms

The room was very very hot, could not sleep bc of hot the room was. We complained but they told us it was from the humidity, I am from Louisiana. I have never had that issue I know about humidity. Also other rooms felt cooler than ours and we asked them to please move us to another room and I did not.
