I had a great time! I wish there wasn't so much road construction going on. Other then that great stay great room service.
Good staff, good room and the area seemed good. Near a lot of things.
No free breakfast or mini fridge in our king size room which was disappointing! Cleaning ladies were extremely helpful and sweet. They were very good at rplenishing our items and cleaned very good!! You can ask them a lot and they are helpful to letting us know how to get around.
Plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast buffet was amazing and reasonable. Staff was really friendly.
The hotel is big but the room is very small. Booked for 1 King but stuff gave us twin room and we have to change over to King room. Amenities in room is limited, there is no small refrigerator or microwave And the bedding is not that good Stuff were nice.
I only stayed one night... But my stay was very pleasant.
No fridge or microwave I lost a lot of good leftovers nice bed and room
Wish this hotel was closer to the galleria or downtown Houston but enjoyed my stay
If you're going to do touristy things, I would recommend staying at a hotel that is in a more central location or one closer to your places of interests. This one is in the middle of nowhere any anything touristy of note is a 20 minute drive away. The restaurant choices nearby are very limited as are the takeout options.
Great central location in Houston. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was nicely furnished and comfortable for my stay.
Great hotel only 10 minutes from the Galleria area and an easy drive to the IAH or downtown. Comfortable rooms and even more comfortable beds, friendly attentive and helpful staff made the stay very pleasant. Self parking was no hassles. The only thing was the ongoing major freeway construction along the front of the hotel which makes for a few deviations to get to and from the hotel, but apart from the visual there was no notable noise.
I stay here a lot since it's close to my business.
A nice hotel, overall, in a so-so location. I picked it for a one night stay because it was close the where I'd be joining friends for a celebration. There's lots of freeway construction around so it's easy to miss the entrance. The hotel staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly, as I would expect they should be at a decent hotel like Sheraton. The room was nice, though a bit crowded. The bed and other furniture were above average and comfortable. The facilities wee nice. What I found below expectations were nit-picky things I'd expect not to have been wrong with this hotel chain. I requested foam pillows and got down, the AC worked well but was either freezing or inadequate... Possibly having to do with the gaps in the unit allowing you to actually see outside through the AC unit's vents. The shower head was loose from the wall and I couldn't adjust the shower spray for fear I'd crack the pipe. Almost all the plug in appliances in the room were unplugged with the cords rolled up and tied in knots. I had to crawl around on the floor plugging things in. Overall, the negatives were minor, and not likely indicative of wide spread problems at the location. I was happy to have found a Sheraton opinion that particular area of town.
The location was the only downside to this hotel. There was a lot of construction going on. Everything else was great though. The price of the room was a steal for Sheraton. The rooms were up to date, beds comfortable, rooms clean, staff friendly, and air conditioner worked like it was supposed to!
the food was amazing the computers were free the staff was very accomodating
Hotel was great. Friendly staff and safe environment. Definitely will stay here the next time I'm in the Houston area.
I enjoy staying here the only compliant this time is the food. I ordered a burger and it was cooked so much it was as hard as a rock. It was 10:30 at night and I was starving so complaining that late was mute.
The location has construction , the mattresses are ver bad
Second or third stay at this location. Very convenient to where we needed to be. Only slight problem was the construction on the road, which is not the fault of the hotel. Liked that they were painting the exterior on this older hotel. There was always a security guard present out in the parking garage area. We felt secure. Nice and clean place. Watch pricing on movies and drinks!
Saff were very friendly, good burgers and bar. no where within walking distance if you want to eat out.
