I did not like the parking situation. $27 valet per day. The valet was good but the parking made the overall cost not competitive. Otherwise hotel absolutely great and I would always stay there if I don't have a car with me.

I loved the property. The only issue I had was them not seeing that I previously paid for my room. She almost charged me for the two days plus deposit until she had to call to check on my reservation. Other than that, everything was great!

Could hardly be happier. Very nice and comfortable room. The pillows were so comfortable I'm buying a set of the same ones. Only possible complaint would be the $30 a day for overnight parking...the second night I just parked in the lot across the street and it was fine.

Excellent price point for area, very helpful and efficient manager, spacious, clean, well-decorated room with seating area, dining/shopping next door

Every staff member interaction was courteous and friendly with a smile

It was a great location to visit the Galleria during the Christmas season and a short walk to the George Theatre for the AD Players. Perfect place!

Clean hotel in a great location near the Galleria. Beds are very comfortable.

I thought I had a great ! Until I checked in and found that there was valet parking only. Next my room looked very nice after being in the room awhile, I took my shoes off I found the floor was wetand my socks were socked. Then when I called the desk , I was told the room was just shampooed! At close examination I found the carpet was only wet in places. Housekeeping never responded, I was told because it was a third party reservation there wasn't much they could do! but pay for my parking!

It was a wonderful time! Most of the staff was very helpful!

Nice & clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast isn’t the greatest of selections but it’s free so can’t complain

They force you to valet park, then charge you 30 bucks. There is no other option and do not tell you until after you have stayed. Something that people need to be aware of.

We only stayed for the night as we visited museums. The Galleria is within walking distance to do some shopping and dining.

It was great except they charged 25.00 because we arrived early before three checkin but our room was ready. I just think that is a little ridiculous since the room was ready.

Nice Hotel in a great location. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality within given expectations.

It was a great location Very clean Property Nicely layout room Very comfortable beds Breakfast was ok

The stay was nice and comfortable and very quiet which is nice

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Houston Galleria. It is very close to shopping and eating. :) It also had a nice luxurious couch in my room so I could relax and do emails, eat, and watch some TV and save the bed just for sleeping. :) Loved it!

Nice hotel overall, just parking may be an issue, but the valets work with you if you ask. Rooms clean and nice as I had a double bed with pullout room on top floor. Quiet up there as well. Someone was available to serve me at the bar as well as prepare food every time I went. Free breakfast and wi-fi are also nice.

Very relaxing and roomy. Parking is sneaky here. But all in all nice hotel
