The king room had a large bathroom and bed area. Nothing felt cramped. I liked the room had a thermostat, not a window style unit. The bed felt amazing, even with a toddler sleeping horizontally between me and my husband.

Parking was more expensive than I would like.

The staff here was a-1 excellent! from the valet to the front desk, bartenders, and maid service everyone was professional, elegant and friendly. My only complaint is that the outsides of the windows were really dirty and made the city view hard to enjoy fully, but thats the only complaint. Everything was lovely and I will be back!

I loved how close Discovery Green was to the property.we took the family out for the day around the area and came back to roof top bar for happy hour . I would definitely stay here again.

I witnessed the bartender pick his nose and then handed plates of food. A waiter brought a glass of wine with a bug in the glass, and instead of pouring a fresh glass of wine the other bartender removed the bug with a spoon and gave the same glass of wine back to the customer. The front desk staff checking in guest was not very polite. Whoever manages this hotel should find another job.

Room service was horrible. I was told I could only have a cold chicken salad sandwich instead of anything that was on the late nite eats menu. The person that answered the phone was very rude and annoyed I wanted to order off the menu during menu hours. When the food arrived it was a cold turkey sandwich. Check out was at 12 noon. At 8:30, 11, and 11:30 maid service burst into our room. The view reminded me of a prision window complete with chicken wire on the window. Overall I would never stay here again. It was a waste of $200

Over all a good experience with minor glitches. Good location, the room was quiet. Terrible coffee maker.- noisy and overfilled the cups every time. We also asked about using the sofa bed both when making the reservation and at check in. But when we opened it there was no bedding. We called down to the desk and they sent up a blanket, 2 pillows and only one sheet (which was stained).

This is not a family friendly hotel. It’s for young people who like to drink and party. Cleanliness is not a priority (especially the showers & bathroom), but because the hotel is “new” the luster makes you believe it’s cleaner than it truly is... look closely you’ll find an oily shower floor with someone else’s hair everywhere, a dirty sink, etc). The valet parking was chaos, the reservation “lobby” is located on the 2nd floor (should have been a red flag). It’s obvious their maids are over worked and under staffed. They were running behind schedule when we arrived & the room was simply ‘straightened’ not cleaned. Now let’s talk comfort- hospitals have nicer sheets. And the king size mattress in room 821 was so pathetic! Cheap, thin, hard mattress! I’m looking forward to going HOME after one night in this place.

Was amazing, staff was great. Only wish is that they had a bath mat. We place a towel on the bather floor because wet feet and tile floor is asking for an accident.

Excellent. Staff was courteous, clean room. Nice decor, though maybe a bit dated. Location was great, in the middle of everything I wanted to see.

The room was very clean and everything there is new, which is nice. We booked because of the rooftop bar, but it was closed during our stay which was very annoying. The mattress was pretty hard so we did not sleep very well. The towels felt scratchy and cheap. THE WIFI IS NOT FREE. That was extremely annoying in this day and age. My biggest problem was that when I went to shower, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash had been opened and used! There is even a tamper tape seal on them that was broken so it was quite obvious! I can’t believe a person cleaning the room did not check to see that, as the bottles are not clear. The breakfast there is absolutely amazing though. I got a poached egg bowl and it was the best breakfast I think I’ve ever had. My husband liked his too. If you do decide to stay here, get the room that comes with breakfast. It’s worth it.

Over all a good experience with minor glitches. Good location, the room was quiet. Terrible coffee maker.- noisy and overfilled the cups every time. We also asked about using the sofa bed both when making the reservation and at check in. But when we opened it there was no bedding. We called down to the desk and they sent up a blanket, 2 pillows and only one sheet (which was stained).

struggles to be a 4-star hotel

This is not a family friendly hotel. It’s for young people who like to drink and party. Cleanliness is not a priority (especially the showers & bathroom), but because the hotel is “new” the luster makes you believe it’s cleaner than it truly is... look closely you’ll find an oily shower floor with someone else’s hair everywhere, a dirty sink, etc). The valet parking was chaos, the reservation “lobby” is located on the 2nd floor (should have been a red flag). It’s obvious their maids are over worked and under staffed. They were running behind schedule when we arrived & the room was simply ‘straightened’ not cleaned. Now let’s talk comfort- hospitals have nicer sheets. And the king size mattress in room 821 was so pathetic! Cheap, thin, hard mattress! I’m looking forward to going HOME after one night in this place.
