Staffs are “friendly”??

Property needs some maintenance, but still is comfortable. This explains why the low price for a Hilton (at least during my stay). I recommend it as a good option given the good price per room, definitely no if you were to pay full price.

The staff was good and real helpful

First of all, it shouldn't be given 4stars. A 2.5 star hotel is far better than this hotel. Bath tub was full of mold and not very clean. Found a ear bud on the bathroom floor that must've been used by someone else stayed in that room. Not sure how much they clean. They also claim that they give a 48 hours gap between stays. AC didn't seem to be running in the night, looked like they turned only the fan on. Lobby is pathetic, only 3-4 guests can be accommodated with social distancing. Overall, not a good experience for the money we spent for a night. It's so expensive. Found many guests NOT wearing masks in the lobby, hallways and elevators even though they claimed in their website that they enforce all guests wear masks in the common areas. We looked odd wearing masks in the common areas. Hotel didn't care because they don't want to lose business.

That hotel should not be labeled a 4 Star🌟. The rooms are really outdated. The furniture and decor was a outdated thrift store purchase. The bathroom was the size of a closet. The sink would not drain. We had to brush out teeth in the shower. The carpet was really bad, and worn in the room. There were no waste cans in the lobby area or outside. Very unsatisfied customer/patron with this hotel. This is definitely a 2 Star 🌟 hotel.

It is not bad! Essentials are provided. Convenience and Location are good to me.

The property was nice. It was clean and the room was spacious. There were only 3 TV channels available. We enjoyed our time there.

The ac was to loud, I could not sleep, besides the entrance of the hotel was alway wet. Water dripping from the roof.

It was great! Nice staff, comfortable room! Loved the free parking was definitely a plus.

Nice amount of dove for a suite but it was old, dated equipment. The microwave was literally bit up, the sofa was not dressed, and all night all I could hear were the cables of the elevator .

Nice area of town. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. I would stay there again
