No Parking allowed. Terrible room!
The lady who checked us in was super nice. We complained about just getting into the hotel was hard. No parking signs every where but you have to park, check in and then come out and enter parking garage with your room key….very odd. Once inside and at the room. A/C was best barely 73° with thermostat set on 65 all night long. Bed sheets were very rough. Bed was hard ….bed was very hard. There was a bad smell. Hotel was supposed to be updated, but it still looked old. It won’t be my first choice of stay next time.

TERRIBLE
Well to start with check in was a breeze , but I was angry to find that I had to pay xx usd a day to park my car , what a rip off this was not mentioned in the booking.I rented a Junior suite to have some space and spoil my self somewhat. room 424 coming off the the elevator I noticed the lamp shades facing me dirty and worn out. entering the room it was spacious but there was not even a bottle of water there ??? . slept well and left the room to eat and they didnt even bother to clean the room??? Vending machines on my floor didnt work. In the lobby were youths with their feet on the chairs and tables..Sorry this is the last time I stay in a IHG hotel,

Our bathroom door frame was nit cleaned, it had makeup all around the door frame. That for ths most part made the room a bit imeasy to stay in. Everything else was ok.

The price was extremely high, there were holes in the walls, leaks that had rolled over to the carpets making a bad smell, there were bugs in our room. Just a VERY unpleasant experience.
