Service was the worst I have seen. The front desk is a frenzy and I don't think there is anyone working in the billing department. I had called to ask for a receipt (that was supposed to be sent to me according to the front desk after I checked out) and I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I try calling back and before I can say anything am put on hold again.

This hotel is in a very convenient area off of highway 69 near the medical center & the Galleria mall. Lakewood Church is also close by a few blocks away. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Houston.

We called the hotel before booking and asked specifically if the indoor pool was open. They said yes. We booked immediately and checked in within an hour. After payment, we found the indoor pool is closed. This was our top criterion because we’re staying with kids. The hotel admits it’s closed. We were misled.
