Customer service quick, sorta half listening. Didn’t get the room we booked. Told we got a corner room instead, but got to the room and it was a normal room, not a corner view. Not optimal to book and then not get a king bed as a couple. We were told 3rd party bookings aren’t guaranteed. Shower was also broken, didn’t know until morning when I had only 45 min to get ready. Wouldn’t return.
