I tend to stay allot in Hampton inns, but this was the worse I've ever stayed in, and would tell anyone not to stay in this places. The hotel is very dated, rooms smell, and to much traffic due to the road construction right outside the hotel which I wasn't told about
Great hotel for the money- staff always eager to help. Usually stay here once a month or so and staff always try to ensure my stay is great. Only able to stay one night this trip due to being sold out because of hurricane Harvey.
The manager on duty was very welcoming and gave us complimentary water. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower head and lots of hot water. Very good breakfast! Cheese omelettes, gravy, potatoes, fruit, yogurt and assortment of juices and breads. Nice pool. We were in this area two years and I was surprised that the freeway construction was still underway so there is a bit of a challenge to get in on the frontage roads. I was concerned about construction noise at night but it was not an issue.
We arrived on Wednesday evening and left on Friday morning just before Hurricane Harvey. Our room was comfortable. He surprised me by getting the Jacuzzi room...nice!! Ms. D that takes care of breakfast was first class customer service. She made me a Texas size waffle..We will be back in 6 weeks for another trip an d will stay here.
The staff at this property was excellent. They were welcoming and answered questions in a timely fashion. The room was comfortable and the bed firm. My only issue was that the ironing board was not sturdy and fell. Bravo to the breakfast associate.
Hotel rooms show aging,e.g. carpet, curtains.Shower head was too high for me (5ft) to adjust. All room do not have a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast is bland and the attendant is effective but not cordial. Construction in the area causes stress to existing and entering the property
They have construction going on right now which makes it difficult to access. We had to bypass a few exits because the through streets were closed. The breakfast was great! They have this black lady that's the breakfast hostess... she is the greatest
Excellent customer service, the business I come to houston is 45 minutes away from hotel, because of their professionalism and warm welcoming I rather drive 45 minutes and know that when I am done for the day I can come back and be welcomed and feel like home. On another note the lady from the morning breakfast is just a sweetheart feels like moms in the kitchen.. JRV
Overall good stay. I did really appreciate the staff and there attempts to fix all the wrongs with the room. Room was good, bed was comfortable. Accessibility to hotel when raining was good and safe..
Rooms are litterally wet. Completely disgusting. The walls are bubbling with moisture, bed was wet carpet was wet and probably moldy too. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was literally the worst ever.
