An enjoyable stay where the staff took good care of me to make sure everything was good and I had what I needed, Hampton Inn Brookhollow makes you feel at home and comfortable. Great Staff, quiet, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go!
Too expensive for the area not worth staying here for 181 dollars you could get a lot better at a nicer hotel down the road . Pretty disappointed in everything there .constuction noise till late 11 pm banging of hammers
Hotel is amazing and the location is perfect because there are several restaurants nearby BUT road construction is terrible. The Lady who work as a manager is awesome!! she is a wonderful lady!! cares
Jacuzzi tub old & Rusted. phone in room didn’t work. Front desk staff was rude. Definitely not worth paying for jacuzzi suite. Overpriced. Stay away. Will not be staying here again in the future!!!!!!
Staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms were definitely lacking. No fridge or microwave. Bedding and chair were stained and not all of the lights worked. I was very unsatisfied with my experience and will not be staying at this particular location again.
We booked two rooms here for 5 days between Christmas and New Years Eve. I like to stay at Hampton Inn and I chose this location because it was closest to my in-laws. I would say this property is about average for a Hampton Inn. It seems to be a little older and shows some age in areas but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great. The internet connection was a little sporadic and the Direct TV had a tendency to fade out (More of a Direct TV issue than a hotel issue). Overall it was a good stay
This hotel is severely outdated. It has one elevator and only one stairwell leads to the inside of the hotel. The TV's are old and slow to change channels. The HVAC systems are the old manual type that require you to turn the knob to off, low heat, high heat, etc...The room had dust gathering on the ceiling from the HVAC system. It must have been there a while. I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns. This is by far the worst I stayed in this year.
The room is outdated and ac and heating unit makes lots of noise. I was expecting the same details and upgraded as other properties ive stayed at. Construction traffic During my stay was also a problem
I stayed here this week and the building looked older. I can get past that part for night, but it had an odor to the whole building that I didn't find pleasant. All in all my stay was okay, but for the same rate I stayed at some much nicer hotels in Houston. This one wouldn't be on my list the next time I'm in town.
Great staff but building is old with a minimal remodel. Plumbing was a problem and shower temp fluctuates alot. I loved the staff. Location is in a construction zone which made it a tad difficult. Will try other locations next time
