Overall its a great hotel. Very clean and modern with nice antique toiches left after its remodel as decor. The elevators need work as at one point I had to wait for up to 20 minutes to access my room. Also, the obligated valet parking price is outrageously priced at $59. Look for a different parking ramp around block to save yourself money.

I love this hotel! It’s a beautiful historical building with very modern and comfortable spaceous rooms, and a really gorgeous view of the city. The team are great, from reception with Janae, to the breakfast, the checkout, and Cam helping to get my luggage in the cab. The area feels very safe and is close to many nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Houston in the future.

On employee especially, Igor, stood out. He went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me with early morning transport to the airport. Hotel was excellent, but more and faster elevators would be good, as well as more lighting in the rooms.

The hotel had 5 elevators and only one worked.. luckily we're on the 5th floor but taking our suitcases up was difficult and a very long wait. For the money we paid it wasn't worth it. Next time I will call ahead!!!

I would definitely recommend staying here especially if u are attending anything at Minute Maid Park. Love the spacious and beautiful room. We had a full view of the city and the bed was some of the best hotel sleep ive had. The only complaints i have is the bathroom sink doesn't have much pressure the shower only has a half door and the water comes out a little bit and i dont understand why they chose bathroom doors that doesn't close but those reasons wont stop me from staying there again

Overall it was good, except of the issue with the elevators on the first 2 days. But the stuff was nice and gave us 2 breakfast vouchers, as the room wasn't cleaned either.

The hotel itself is AMAZING definitely worth what I was originally going to pay. However upon checkin the front desk receptionist told me the room I originally booked was handicapped (I double checked my booking and it was not) so she was going to move me to a regular room and ended up charging me an extra $100 for that, and did not tell me it was going to cost $100 more. Next time I will definitely just keep the room I originally booked.

We attended a game at minute maid park. The location was perfect for that location, easily walkable to the stadium. Property is well maintained. The lobby is on the second floor and not easily obvious when you walk into the door. Parking was valet only during our visit and a little pricey, but that is probably not uncommon for a downtown property. Our interaction with the staff was positive and they did a good job of proactively reaching out to us for feedback and questions.

Our stay was almost perfect. Beautiful hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Nice view from our room. Hotel was not handicap friendly. My aunt, who uses a cane for bad knees, traveled with us on this trip and they only had one elevator working for the entire hotel stay. We had to climb 5 flight of stairs while my aunt waited 40 minutes to make it up to her room. The valet was quick and friendly. Staff was all nice. Very close to Minute Maid Park. We enjoyed our trip, just wish AT LEAST 2 out of the 5 elevators were working.
