The room was lovely. Just minimal service and for a hotel that charges these room prices, general services are lacking. Reception staff are not at all helpful. Hotels are meant to be about hospitality - let me see what I can do for you. How may I help you? Each time I sought assistance from reception, it was a flat no. When paying these rates, I just expected a little more.

Love the room, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had a nice charm to it. It was a 10 minute walk to the convention center. Lots of food in walking distance as well. City view was great!
