Is a beautiful renovated hotel. We enjoyed staying here.
That water went out during our stay but the staff was able to work towards a solution and get us over to a new hotel and all cost covered. The hotel constantly reached out to check on us which was great. We would definitely stay there again just because of how the staff handled everything
No Fox Business option on the TV. Very disappointing
The valet was horrible I told him multiple times that I wanted to valet and he tried talking me out of it.
Booked this last minute for our kids to attend a concert in downtown Houston. Had read from another reviewer you could park across the street from hotel for $20 a night and skip $35 valet. The hotel does not service that parking lot FYI as we had a question because the ticket for lot said we had 24 hours to park but then said it expired in 8hours. It ended up being fine but front desk could not answer questions. We circled the block and there was homeless lining the street the whole block. Not sure if they were waiting to get in a shelter as there was a large church there. We walked around til 1030 in downtown area and felt safe however. We got a double queen and it was very nice and comfortable with nice view. Bathroom was HUGE and mirror was Bluetooth enabled. Scared me when it started talking! Lol. Mattresses were comfortable. Decorations were very nice. We will be back!
Great new spot withing walking distance of so much!
Very clean property, great beds, and quiet place to stay. Only complaint was no hot water my last morning there.
Very nice, brand new hotel. It just opened on August 1, 2019. Very clean with contemporary styling. Great place to stay for business trip. It is about an 8 to 10 minute walk to the conversation center. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
