The room was clean. The personal was friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance.

It was a great location. Great shopping and food nearby. My only complaint was I told housekeeping my comforter on my bed seemed to have a iron burn mark and the down feathers were coming out. I never heard anything back. I didn’t spend much time in my room so I never bothered bec of Covid situation
The Valet attendants were the highlight of our stay! Everyone was so helpful and so nice! But the hotel needs a makeover - the website is deceiving! The carpets in the lobby are stained and the furniture needs to be replaced with vinyl or leather for Covid safety and easy cleaning. The elevators were filthy and the place did not smell good. Our room had only two bath towels and I had to get more myself from the pool. The bed has a nasty bed skirt which is outdated. Time for a makeover! We did like the balcony although it was filthy along with the glass door being dirty and very difficult to open and close. But the room size was nice. Just not happy with the stay but it has potential to be a beautiful hotel.

They tried to put me in a room straight across from the pool, and when I request a room in much more quieter place they tried to convince me like I was traveling with kids, I was alone why would I want to stay near the pool unless I had kids
The rooms are old , the TV is old, the rooms are not well cleaned, the fridge wasn’t clean.
