The staff was unprofessional and our room was not clean

Pool was closed. Booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the medical center and so I could swim in the pool after my shifts as a nurse.

I actually had a good stay. Walls are a little thing but overall I was satisfied and pleased

Excellent location! Staff members were quiet and polite.

Loved that it was free wash and dry. We are at an extended stay hotel now and wash and dry is expensive, I have to ask for plates, pot, pans etc. at candle wood it was already in the room. My only issue was it's a little small.

I've stayed here a couple of times and there are no. Complaints! CLEAN ROOMS.. AWESOME STAFF..VERY WELCOMING.. WILL BE STAYING AGAIN THIS WEEK.

The Experience Was very comfortable and pleasing. Better than alot of rooms I've experienced.

Friendly check in and out. Room clean and quiet. Always try to get room here when coming to Houston for medical treatments.

Great location for medical center visits. Room is always quiet and has the fully functional kitchen which is great for us since we prefer not to eat out or have to get out if we do not want to. Feel very safe with their room doors too, as I heard housekeeping, but thought she was down or across the hall when she was actually knocking on our door. Will be staying here again and again!

When we arrived we were shocked at the layout of the property. It was difficult weaving through the parking lot in order to reach the front door... which was in the back?? When we reached the lobby there was a family, they seemed like members that must have been rlated to the desk clerk? Regardless, There was a VERY STRONG smell of curry. This smell was in our room on the 3rd floor... it was very strong!! The a/c is on some typ of timer that cuts off when you exit the room and takes 15 minutes to come back on! It was very warm in our room. Having the a/c coming on and off all night was not good for sleep! The "indoor pool" is a very long narrow pool... we thought it was very small. Besides, it was an indoor pool and was very green? With all of the things going around, we were two afraid to swim! I got up to make coffee this morning and the coffee machine was diry where you placed the water for brewing. We were so disappointed.

I have stayed in Candlewood Suites and all were 3-4 star. All had nice lobbies, great breakfast and even happy hour in some. This one gad none of that. While nice and clean it was much more like a Homestead Suites than a Candlewood. Much more deserving of a 2+.
