Great place to stay. Would love to have had more time but if I am in the area again I will be sure to stay here.

My room smelled sour and the curtains were torn.

First time here and I love it!

This is a good place to spend a few days given the kitchen and normal size fridge. But again it was not clear online that this property was under construction. The offices and breakfast was moved to one of the suites and in a very awkward way. Breakfast was VERY limited. Also staff checking us in were unfriendly and charged my card 4 times before figuring out how to just charge the deposit. Will not be coming back.

Please provide working usb ports and better lighting

Rooms were clean. The bed was too soft for my liking, but others may prefer that.

Very pleasant staff. Olivia and Nadia at the front desk were amazing!!! We had evacuated for Hurricane Delta. Unfortunately, the initial hotel we were booked in had power outage for the entire day and it was miserable. We had to look for another hotel and these young ladies were just so empathic and made sure we were comfortable after our nasty experience at Springhill Suites by Marriott in Webster Tx.

Liked having two rooms but needs better circulation or fans. Rooms got hot with doors shut

I like the location. It's a nice place overall. I come to the Clear Lake area a lot and this is my preferred place if the price is right. Prices fluctuate a lot though!

The staff was awesome. The cleanliness of the property was disappointing.

My room was spacious with a modern kitchenette. The TV was nice in that it swiveled to watch it while in bed or if you sit at the desk or on the sofa. The queen size bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was incredibly big, soft, and fluffy which felt good to sleep on. The breakfasts were nice and there was a good selection of items although I would suggest serving eggs without cheese in them as a choice. The Starbucks coffee was great. The outdoor pool was very nice. First thing in the morning,I had the pool to myself. I did some early morning laps in 15 minutes, It didn't take long before getting a little sun out there! I recommend bringing sunscreen with you. The facility is well kept up and the landscape is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My wife and I traveled to this hotel to visit some family in the area. The price was attractive and the location was good (especially since it was near a H-E-B Grocery Store). That was about the only thing that was good. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to return to the front counter to check in around 9 at night (not really that late). They only had one person on staff for a 100 room hotel. They then proceeded to charge us $20 "damages" deposit per day pre-authorized to our credit card. After they told me why they wanted my card and swiped it, I wanted to switch cards (since they will lock up $20 per day) on your credit card for 3-5 days. They said they switched it...they didn't. Now I have many outstanding charges. Note to future travelers if you are brave to even visit this embarrassment to this hotel company...give them a credit card you do NOT plan on using! We get to the room and it is musty smelling. We look behind the nightstand by the bed and there are fast food wrappers. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The toilet had hair that was not mine. The only redeeming benefit of the bathroom was the designer shampoo and conditioners (my hair enjoyed it). If you want to get some sleep at night, do NOT stay here. The mattresses were atrocious. My wife and I are average sized Americans. NO matter what we did, the mattress was so soft we rolled to the middle of the mattress. At night I truly grabbed the edge of the bed to avoid falling into this canyon. The sheets kept coming up from the bed which caused me to wake often to re-make my bed. The room barely gets cleaned unless you stay for a week. If you want clean glasses, cups, etc. you need to run them in your dishwasher yourself. They rarely remembered to provide with more dishwasher detergent so please expect to go to the front desk asking for more toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, tissue, etc. since they do not restock very well. During our 5 days at this hotel never once did the trash in the bathroom get emptied. Front desk staff was poorly trained to handle any complaints brought to them. Best service we received was from the older ladies who worked the breakfast nook - they were a delight! After my credit card was charged, and charged again, (after they tried to "fix" their mistakes) they failed over, and over to resolve the situation. They were not even able to check me out of the hotel (was supposed to get an email saying they checked me out...2 days later I am still waiting). Poor service. I am close to calling the credit card company and advising them this hotel is committing Fraud. BEWARE regardless if your hotel stay is prepaid or not.... I prepaid this hotel room and yet they still ended up trying to charge me the whole fare again (allegedly the travel site here never paid them...and yet when I checked in they told me it was prepaid, later I wasn't prepaid?!?!?!?) Long story short, this hotel has encouraged me to ban all similar properties under the same company. I travel to the Houston suburban area several times a year for several nights at a time. NEVER...EVER....AGAIN....HERE!

It was a comity stay but after a long day at the beach my family returned to a room that had not been cleaned and no clean towels to shower up for the next event. The same goes for the next day. No room service and my husband had to go get towels from the front desk since they said they were under staffed. Since I cooked nightly to save money it sucked that the trash had not been taken out by 6pm the following day. Overall the room was perfect for what we needed and stayed in the budget to allow for other activities. Bottom line you get what you pay for!

I do apologize for your experience at my hotel. Please excuse my staff as we have a lot of new employees that are still learning. We do have our renovation posted on the Marriott website.
