Excellent location in the Museum District, walking distance to all the museums. Hotel is very well furnished and maintained, if not a bit eclectic. Room was small by American standards, but comfortable.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Best personal services we have ever experienced.

Great place, walk to everything. Very vibrant area.

I loved staying at Hotel Zaza. The staff there was amazing and really made our stay wonderful. Beautiful hotel! Thank you.

I had a view of the Medical Center, the fountain and 'Oak Alley'. It was beautiful in the day and stunning at night. The hotel staff was very attentive. Check in was seamless. The room was cleaned at just the right time. The food from the Monarch was delicious. It was fun to be able to go to the late night lounge and then head to the room. I recommend Zaza whether you are looking for lodging for business or for a staycation (but especially for a staycation).

AMAZING HOTEL! It was so beautiful! The view, the amenities, and the staff were all awesome!

As always, Zaza was wonderful. Great dinner at restaurant, complimentary drinks, and wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay! Great room, lobby, bar and they even provided snacks in the late afternoon. Was such a great experience.

Too many horrible events to count. I contacted the manager Martha and she was suppose to send me a email about my horrible experience for my visit and still haven't gotten it. The restuarant Monarch was a bad experience as well. I just wouldn't advise anyone to spent a special day here. My daughter birthday was horrible. If you smoke weed, want excuses for rude behavior, pay a huge amount of money for services and a room to get treated awful then pls visit here. My experience was 1/2 a star only becuz I had one good waitress and the parking attendants was good.

Standard room was small but very comfortable and elegantly decorated. Staff was friendly and food at the Monarch was outstanding.

Small, dingy room. Felt dirty. Asked hotel staff to please locate another room that was bigger in size, had to call back 10 times for a response. Used to love this hotel, will not be staying here again.

We've stayed at the ZaZa three times. The hotel has amusing decor (although probably not as clever as the interior decorators think, and not always suitable for children). Everything seemed clean, the staff is great, and the food is good. Although the hotel sometimes has loud weddings, we've never heard them from our room. The rooms do vary a lot in size and quality. Some are spacious, others are cramped (especially the bathrooms) in unpredictable ways. In our most recent stay, the lighting was terrible in our room -- perhaps it was designed for celebrities who don't like to read but just watch TV, when they're not out clubbing.

Not resort amenities (small bath/shower) but clean and nice staff

I stayed in the Bella Vita and the room is outstanding! Super spacious, lavish views, exquisite style, and immaculate housekeeping! The staff was all kind, professional, helpful and in good spirits.
