My plan for the stay was to enjoy the pool. I like the fact that it opens at 7am and closes at 10. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating; all we had to do was ask and they made it happen. The spa was very nice as well as the pool and pool bar. We were not there on a busy weekend so I wonder what the conditions are like during a peak weekend. We asked for a late check out and once the staff knew they were able to issue it, we received it for a small fee.

Staff was amazing. Love the hotel. We can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend.

I booked an upgraded larger corner room overlooking the pool and was moved to 3 different rooms, none of which were the room I booked!

Great hotel to stay in downtown! Excellent views and pool deck. Really clean and comfortable. If you walk to restaurants behind interstate, don't use the underpass by the Marriott. Walk to the underpass by the Hilton. There is a large homeless community near the Marriott underpass.

Relaxing place to stay and very friendly staff!!

Too large! The lobby has multiple entrances and no visible security. There are homeless people wondering about The cosmetics offered were inadequate, less than a much less expensive hotel Parking is ridiculously expensive

My boyfriend and I checked in at 4:20 with like 5 people ahead of us. Minutes later the line got super long, we were happy we beat the rush!!! Check in was smooth and the lazy river was everything!!! We chose to do self parking. From the parking lot to the lobby was a bit of a maze. Other than that this place was great!!

I did not like the single, under staffed coffee shop that took forever to order from. More coffee options would be great. It’s just coffee. Set some Nespresso’s up in a coffee bar or something. Also the lack of high occupancy restrooms in the lobby was terrible. Only one pooper in the men’s room!? Who’s dumb idea was that. That line was almost as bad as the coffee line. But the most frustrating thing would have to be the vehicle valet area. Only half of it was in use. The other two lanes y’all just used to showcase some f250. Like we get it, it’s expensive. Now move it and use both sides of the area. Waiting for our vehicle to arrive was terrible. About an hour to wait. With no porcelain thrones available and my hard earned coffee pressing the issue. Terrible exit. Only barely made up for by the amazing welcome and beautiful hotel.

I rather not because i don't know from where to begin.
