Hilton Americas - Houston

I am very satisfied with this Hilton Americas Houston. I traveled to Houston for a car show. One of my main concerns was the security of their parking garage. The night before the show, I took time to clean the car. Hotel and/or garage security checked on me at least five time. That helped my confidence in the safety the numerous show cars parked in the garage. I went to tge garage the next morning to find the garage emptier than the night before. Several beautiful show cars were left in the garage. I exited the elevators to find security stationed on the floor keeping watch over the cars. I am very appreciative and impressed that security personnel were on the job! The only negative point is that there is construction seemingly on every street surrounding The Hilton. Although, no fault of the hotel, the construction makes navigating an already unfamiliar city, even harder to navigate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston, especially anyone who will be attending events at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Great hotel...perfect location...little pricey but otherwise no complaints.

Had a great time. Beautiful hotel. Close to Minute Maid.

The location is great. Walking distance to concerts and baseball but you will be charged $26 for parking even if you don't park in the garage. It was busy upon my departure so the bell hop did not allow me to borrow a cart to bring my bags down from my room. There was a gross stain on the floor of my room. The bass of the concert at Toyota Center could be heard in my room but it did stop around 10:00pm. The Starbucks in the lobby was incredibly overpriced so bring your own snacks.

Room was nicely appointed . Moderately clean- mold in bathtub on walls. crumbs and bits of trash in seams of desk. Although they say they have self parking, what they really have is a PUBLIC garage across the street. When there's a concert or a game, you may not find a space. None are reserved for hotel guests, except those who use valet- which is $12 more a day. I had a package delivered, I asked daily is it had arrived and was told no. Three days after delivery- I was told to go to the third floor and check with the fedex store. No one had told me it was there. The front desk said they have nothing to do with package delivery- yet, when I picked it up, the charged a $10 "service fee". I had them remove it given that they claimed they had nothing to do with package delivery.

I've stayed in this hotel many times during in-town events, and I love it so much that I keep coming back! The facilities and amenities are top notch. The staff is awesome, and the location is perfect.

Very good. Nice hotel in a good location. Front desk support was very good.

Walking distance to convention center and ball park.. Two places we attended during our stay. Parking not bad either.

Modern, nice, clean, beautiful, colorful, and amazing.

Needed a place to relax, and it was definitely that place

Good location for downtown with good staff. Room was nice and comfortable.

Fabulous experience, clean, great staff and perfect location

Front desk takes for ever to check you in. Room smells. Front desk supervisor sucks. Food at business lounge was awful.

Stayed here for a few days. Great experience. Good staff service. Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the city view from the pool.

Literally a 30 second walk to the Toyota center! This Hotel is gorgeous! Make sure and ask for a print out of the walking tour of original art throughout the hotel - stunning! Comfortable, elegant, spacious...this hotel was perfect! The staff went above and beyond to open doors, and make sure your every need was being attended to. TOP NOTCH!

The Hilton Americas is agreat place to stay. The hotel staff and facility are fantastic.

Hotel was great - a little expensive and the location was a distance from where I needed to be everyday. However, they have a great shuttle system and my wait times were not unreasonable and the pool and work out rooms were great as was my room. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

There are times when a hotel is in exactly the right spot for what time frame it is needed. We were attending a late night Garth Brooks concert at the Toyota center and did not want to drive home to The Woodlands, TX at 230 in the morning some 40 miles away. Great Hotel but a little over priced for what you get in my opinion.

This hotel is 1st class!!! The staff were super friendly and responsive to our needs and helpful..

great location for a conference at the George Brown convention center beautiful hotel beautiful room awesome staff
