i picked this hotel because it has breakfast included, it has for breakfast, cinnamon roll and cupcakes

We spent 3 days there. One of the days there, the housekeeping staff didn't clean our room. I went to the front desk to see what happened but all they could tell me was the housekeeping crew already left for the day. They offered me fresh sheets. Nonetheless, I wasn't happy. I wanna give the benefit of the doubt that they didn't clean my room because it was a Sunday. But still should have cleaned nonetheless.

We stayed several days, and enjoyed the whole. They have very friendly staff and the make you feel very welcome.

Reading the previous reviews made think twice about this hotel but my room was very clean , although I did saw some strange activities going out in the middle of the night but other than that the staff was nice and you get for what you pay for

not the best, not the cleanest but good enough for the money, i guess

I checked a lot of places on highway 6 between the 10 and bush airport. And by the price, this one was definitely the best!!!

I was looking for a cheap place to rest my head while in transit. I ended up staying in houston longer than expected, and I'm very glad I found this little spot, cause although it wasn't as cheap as I'd like, it was pretty darn good.

Needed a place close to the office. This was a perfect location for me, good value. Nothing special, but was a pleasant stay for the price. Might have been even cheaper is I booked straight through their front desk.

Nice stay for roadtrip. Clean room. Nice tv. Very polite and friendly staff.

Hotel was recently remodeled. The room was nice and clean. Nice and modern decor. I would stay again.

The room had a film of sticky residue on the floor, as did the bathtub. In addition, the air conditioning would not run very cold. We called the front desk and they claim they sent someone to check it (we waited an hour but then had to leave). The unit didn't show a number temperature, but I'd estimate the coldest it got was 78 degrees. This was in the middle of the summer, so it wasn't very cool.

Horrible. Working on hotel, wires to walk over, dusty, etc. Room right against freeway and 18wheelers running all night - man in hall yelling in cell phone (thought was fight), phone wouldn't work, so got dressed and went to front desk to get room without horrible noises so could sleep. Had to argue with clerk - wanted $30 more to get some sleep - had him call mgr who agreed to change with no cost. Have non-profit "tax exemption and use tax" permit, but would not take off taxes and room tax. Also said 2 people, when only one. Ask for handicapped room...didn't get... Said they couldn't do anything sine booked with you. WILL NOT USE THIS CHAIN EVER AGAIN & will think hard before using you all again...do lots of traveling too.

They did not tell the truth on the amenities they listed online. Just a basic room to lay your head starting at $50/night? Don't waste your money, it's not worth it. No breakfast, no iron/ironing board in the room, no common coffee pot, no desk to read/write. Rooms facing the street like motels. Nothing to write home about. When I called the customer service to explain my experience. He asked me if bed was not provided and I wondered what rude answer that was. Upstairs where the ice machine is located was just very dirty. They claimed they are renovating. Would that be the reason why such a rough place should be open to deceive customers? I think locators should remove this hotel from their list until they are ready for full service. They are just deceiving customers. The perception I have about this hotel has affected the rest of the hotel chain that I have never booked in my life. To make the matter worst about this hotel. I suspect they write all the good reviews themselves, because the style of writing is the same, therefore they rate themselves high at the detriment of unsuspecting customers. I will never choose or recommend this hotel to any one. They are deceitful. Just RUN!

This is a decent hotel to stay at, for the price that you'll pay. It's location is also very convenient for the getting to the Houston Energy Corridor.

The room was what i expected. The only thing that was really bad was that it was underconstruction. They should of at least notify it was goin to be under construction! But the hotel was okay for one night!

The room itself is fine, it's obviously an old building but everything inside it has been recently redone. I stayed in a (much more expensive) Fairfield the following night and it was basically the same. With one major difference: the internet barely worked. It was like using dial up again. This seems impossible to happen at this point in the universe, never mind to happen in The Energy Corridor, but it was pretty disappointing.

I took a bet booking this place hoping I'd be pleasantly surprised by newly renovated rooms. I was! All I was really looking for was a decent place to crash for the night, but this was much nicer than the typical 2-star hotel. Super good value for my boyfriend and I's one-night stay. I only wish they could have provided me with one of those disposable shower caps, but I made do with a plastic bag.

The room was not equipped as advertised. Front desk said they were unable to change anything. plus he tried to raise the rate on us. The excusive room had no equipment in it. It was by far the worse room I have ever got booking through Oubitz.

Stayed one night. Room was nice. Newly remodeled are nice and clean.

To visit my Great Grand Son for the first time.. He is 11 Months. My grand daughter was able to bring him before she went to work and pick us up on her way home. It was a great visit and very comfortable. We had a hard time finding Red Roof being from Florida . Our road are almost ground level.
