The living room is spacious and even has a pullout/futon sofa with floor to ceiling glass view of the beautiful midtown/downtown. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with plenty of cabinet and drawers space and a beautiful kitchen island . There is a full size washer/dryer and laundry room for extra storage. Also the condo comes with a luxurious pool area that has alot of open area for family and friends including a grilling zone . There is an Indoor lounge area with flatscreen tvs where you can either study, work or just simply relax . You will also have access to the fitness center where all your gym equipment is available to your use.
