Rooms were all suites (I believe) and HUGE! Beds & pillows were also comfortable, which is always an unknown. This location worked perfect for us as a walking commute to Houston Methodist Hospital. There is no complimentary breakfast ($22/adults, $16/kids) but that wasn’t important to us. The water pressure on higher floors was low, so sometimes needed an extra flush or two. Overall was happy and would stay here again.

Made for a good place to stay for my traveling purpose
Uncomfortable beds, dusty smelling room and toilet not working properly.
Very clean and up to date
This is a very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. Rooms are very clean and had a nice set up. Renovated. Love the rooftop pool and lounge area. The lounge area is beautiful at night when the fire pits are lit. They also have a inside and outside bar area. Drinks are priced fair. I do have a couple complaints tho. No free breakfast. Just coffee and bottled water. No microwave in room. No free parking! It is a fee of $15 per day to park in parking garage with is taking out of deposit.
Had a parking garage and an interesting outdoor space. Can text them for service which is nice.
Check in was quick and swift. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The only negative was the water pressure was low and it also took some time to drain from the sink and the shower. There was standing water in the shower after each use. I did not call anyone to the room due to COVID concerns. We did not want anyone in the room while we were there and I’m sure hotel staff is careful about entering occupied rooms as well but over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. Our son attends Rice University and the hotel overlooks the campus and it’s also a very short drive and a good walk to and from. The parking garage was only $15 a night which wasn’t too expensive and it was pretty convenient. I would recommend this hotel in downtown Houston.
