Check in time is at 4 p.m. We got there at 4:30 and the room wasn't ready and were told it would be about 45 more minutes. When we got to our room the bed looked liked it was made in a hurry, the sheets were not even tucked in. The room smelled very moldy and the air was wet. The toilet seat was the size meant for a pre-schooler. We will not be staying there again.

For a $200 room… there was No complementary breakfast! We had to pay for it! We even had to pay for parking! Hilton needs to serve complementary breakfast! And give all their guests vouchers for parking!!!

This property is centrally located and amazing to stay at. We had to visit for Medical Reasons so it is walking distance to Methodist Medical Center and also Texas Children’s Hospital. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I returned to the hotel at 12:30 am at night. The front door was locked and the side door was locked. I banged on the doors repeatedly and the man at the reception desk could not see me because he faces away from the doors. If it wasn’t for a pizza delivery man I would not have been able to get in the back door. I am furious at this disregard for a single older woman not being able to get in the hotel at night.
