Made for a good place to stay for my traveling purpose
Uncomfortable beds, dusty smelling room and toilet not working properly.
Very clean and up to date
This is a very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. Rooms are very clean and had a nice set up. Renovated. Love the rooftop pool and lounge area. The lounge area is beautiful at night when the fire pits are lit. They also have a inside and outside bar area. Drinks are priced fair. I do have a couple complaints tho. No free breakfast. Just coffee and bottled water. No microwave in room. No free parking! It is a fee of $15 per day to park in parking garage with is taking out of deposit.
Had a parking garage and an interesting outdoor space. Can text them for service which is nice.
Check in was quick and swift. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. The only negative was the water pressure was low and it also took some time to drain from the sink and the shower. There was standing water in the shower after each use. I did not call anyone to the room due to COVID concerns. We did not want anyone in the room while we were there and I’m sure hotel staff is careful about entering occupied rooms as well but over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. Our son attends Rice University and the hotel overlooks the campus and it’s also a very short drive and a good walk to and from. The parking garage was only $15 a night which wasn’t too expensive and it was pretty convenient. I would recommend this hotel in downtown Houston.
The pool deck and fitness center were acceptable. I enjoyed the location. However, the restaurant was never staffed, my toilet did not flush properly, and general areas did not smell clean.
It was great they let me check-in late and I had a quick check-out process love I will be back.
A/C didn’t cool down very fast. My son was in a Handicap room that had a urine odor. A false evacuation Alarm went off at 7am.
Such a regret! I've never had a huge unenjoyable stay in a hotel! We booked this place because of the location - right next to the Methodist hospital - and also we knew we could expect a great stay at the Hilton. We were SO wrong! We paid over $175 a night; as soon as we check in, we had to pay extra for parking and for some reason they charged my card an extra $50 and I don't even know from what!!! Our room was in the 14th floor. Looked okay, but floors were dirty and tv didn't work properly... It was 8pm and a party started on the deck/bar area. Music was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep until it was almost midnight when the party was over. We were really upset and frustrated at spending this much money and felt like sleeping in a night club! Definitely not coming back! Very disrespectful with all the guests!
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Earlier check-in/ later check- out was available that was very convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Thankful for my stay there.
I like their city view room. Don’t like how there’s construction going on within the property.
Convenient and just as advertised. Very close to the hospital. Overall satisfied experience for a day checkup I had at MD Anderson. Josh
