The parking garage is unique. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The first night was a bit noisy on the second floor. The guests were partying into the night after midnight and it was hard to get to sleep.
Honestly the staff was amazing especially this young lady who worked the front desk I forgot hey babe but she is caramel very short well dressed very helpful and good out her way to help others. The room was comfortable the bed and the pillows. Hot water like I like it complimentary dove shampoo and conditioner and body wash extra towels. Great view.

We stayed for 3 nights and wanted to stay one more day. That’s how much we loved it. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the general ambience was what we just loved.
We came at 4 PM to check in, I told him I already made a reservation 5 days ago, 2 rooms ( 2 queen beds for each ), and he said no more 2 queen beds room available. I had to tell him again and show him the confirmation email . . . We got its finally, we didn’t have a good service

The rooms were immaculate. Very clean and neat. The bathrooms were spotless and I’m very serious about a clean hotel bathroom. Checked the sheets And were very clean. Coronavirus obviously has certain things closed but the experience was everything.
