ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!
This has been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk to greet us, we had to stand there awkwardly while we waited for someone to help us check in. I walked around the reception area and I saw a lady at the front seat with her back to us around a corner playing on her phone or something.
There were roaches in the bathroom and climbing on the walls around the room. When we first walked into the room, there were crumbs on top of the comforter. There were holes in the furniture and curtains, and weird stains EVERYWHERE. It looked like there were blood smears in the bathroom, and the toilet could barely flush toilet paper. The tv remote didn’t have a back, and it could only turn the tv on or off, we couldn’t use the tv at all.
There was also no smoke detector in our room. There was a spot where it should be mounted, and you could tell that there was one there at some point, but not anymore.
The facility itself looks like it is falling apart. There are ceiling tiles hanging loose, the elevator buttons don’t work, and there is loose trash scattered about the halls. I walked in at around 8:00pm and saw a used bandage and a water bottle cap on the floor in the hall, and when I got up for breakfast they were still there.
Honestly, I didn’t even try the shower because I was too grossed out. We just slept here because we had already paid for the night. I will never set foot in a Quality Inn again
