The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends that travel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms appeared clean. However, they have AC units that can’t be adjusted to your liking. It’s a “environmental friendly” AC so if you are like us and prefer a colder room, you are out of luck. The ac only turns on via a motion detector. We literally had to stand up or flail our legs in the air to turn on the AC. It will run for maybe 10 minutes and shuts back off and you repeat the process. We slept poorly due to being uncomfortably warm. Breakfast was another complaint. We understand it’s complimentary and don’t have high standards, but when the eggs smell fishy and gravy taste nothing like gravy, it’s hard to enjoy it. Had they had more to choose from, it would have helped.

I stay at these whenever I can and they're just really good hotels. This one is no exception. Large, clean room. Nice staff. Easy parking. This particular location is great as it's right outside the airport. Will continue to stay at these for business when I can.

Breakfast was good. Staff that checked me in, Kayla(?) was very nice. Only downfall was airport shuttle did not come on time. We were wanting the 11:30am shuttle and were in the lobby at 11:20. It didn’t show up until 11:50. I was getting very nervous and went in twice to speak to the desk person to see what was going on.

Sraff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Check in and check out process was good too. The only thing we were disappointed was that on Sundays the included breakfast does not open until 7 am, it should open earlier.
