Hilton Houston North

3.5 out of 5.0

Room was okay. I felt it could use some updating. Also, ran a metal shaving that was stuck in the carpet into my foot. My tetanus shot is up to date. Overall, the room was okay.

Clogged Shower.... which made the experience not the best

Had two days of business meetings in the area. Very comfortable business hotel. Staff were great and a nice lobby organized for work which my group of 4 used consistently when we were not with clients. Rooms are spacious. The outdoor pool was inviting except i did not have the time. One major flaw - you have pay for the internet (ok, i get that) but the internet service, even after paid for is terrible and the Hilton knows it. They say they are working on it, but if the internet is mission critical to your stay in Houston, bring a hot spot or choose another hotel until they can guarantee you that it is fixed.

Our room was not cleaned the second day we were there, due to the staff attempting to clean at 6pm, while we were gwttunf ready for a wedding, but overall we had a good experience. Not the greatest, but pretty solid hotel for the cost.

Wonderful hotel. Ate at restaurant, and while a little pricey, food was excellent! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I only stayed in the hotel for 1 night, but it was a gorgeous hotel that was only about 10-15 min away from the airport. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The employees did not make us feel welcomed, otherwise the stay and transportation was good.

Shuttle runs to each terminal every 30 mins, no need to schedule. Amazing breakfast buffet!

Great location, and includes free shuttle service to and from IAH airport. Breakfast is the standard hotel offering. Vino offers a relaxing sports bar atmosphere. The grilled Salmon was surprisingly good for hotel food. Walking distance to the mall and movie theater for a little distraction.

To be a Hilton the hotel was mediocre, most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. There was nothing special about the rooms. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because an Army Ball I attended was at the hotel. If I would of had a choice in the matter I would of went to Houston's downtown Hilton. It was cheaper to stay downtown and the hotel is much nicer.

Non descript, very little interaction with staff, very rough neighborhood raising concern regarding vehicle in parking area. For price did not provide breakfast or any extras.

I stayed just one night and was very pleased with overall experience.

The hotel was close to the airport, had good amenities and ample free parking. Room service was variable. Fruit plate had unripe honeydew melon and server was dour. However, the server on the second occasion we ordered room service, Anita, was extremely nice and helpful. Overall a little pricey, but will use again if needed.

Room was clean. Wait staff at restaurant was slow.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk attendant gave me directions to a great restaurant. We will defenitly stay here again. The room was a little warm it could of been cooler, but the pool area was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here to just get away for the weekend here in the city. The hotel was nice the room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice time.

I ASK FOR JAZZCUE AND THEY ADVERTISE BUT DIDN'T HAVE IT . BATHROOM OUTDATED

We ate at both resturaunts and we very impressed with the food and service. The wine bar however was not a good option for dinner. Everything but the sandwhiches is mini sized. The shuttle ran on time and was so convenient for getting to and from the airport. Both drivers were very friendly and professional.

[...] the hotel and the service is not bad, if not excellent.
