I enjoyed my stay.

Our room smell like mold.

Good hotel great for traveling with kids

Was double charged for parking after communicating with the front desk that we had already paid for parking by following the signs they have in their parking lot and they didn’t need to charge to the room. Double queen had poor lighting, and outdated outlets. Staff was friendly

When we arrived at this hotel in the Medical Center plaza there was no parking whatsoever. They only have about 50 spots for such a large hotel that can house hundreds of people. We paid for parking, which was not something we were told would cost extra at the time of reservation, and needed the hotel staff to help us every time we would come back to the hotel from an outing. The night we checked in we were given a used, dirty room (used towels on the floor, full trash cans, and a brown poop stain on the bed). The staff was helpful with giving us a different room, but then gave us an adjoining room connected to a stranger (were there no other private rooms available?). The overall cleanliness of this hotel is pretty run-down. The whole place needs new wallpaper, carpet, and a paint job for starters.

Pros: Comfy beds, clean room, convenient amenities in room, comfy lobby, restaurant on site. Close to the Medical Center. Has free shuttle service. Cons: does not offer free breakfast, even continental style would be nice.

We asked for a cookie the following night to eat with our coffee and were told they were just for guests checking in. I have stayed at other hotels and have never been denied additional cookies. Thats the reason we chose to stay there.

Convenient location. We felt not enough furniture were in rooms. Table was broken Most hotels give another chain to sit other than office chair. This location had just an office chair.

Old property that needs an update and maintenance. Shower drain was clogged, stains on couch....

Good location close to Downtown.

It was convenient to the Medical Center but a bit challenging to return to the Medical Center. I was disappointed to pay for a parking spot but it was not a secure parking area. The dining was closed---due to Covid--and while two fast food restaurants at end of parking lot---not many choices for food.

Walls are very thin and could hear very loud conversations at 12 midnight in next room. After talking to guest services 2 times about the loud talking and laughing and it kept going on. Tried calling back several times and did not get an answer I had to get out of bed and go down stairs to let them know it was still going on. Four guest agents standing around and apparently would not answer phone. People finally went to bed. Hotel has no control of keeping noise under control.

Not a bad stay, needs a little update. Parking is horrible.
