Its good hotel for family and for hospital not really new but goodone .

Things happen, I get that. I am at a hotel Millennium Hotel that surprised me with a fruit plate as an apology for delay airport pickup. Wyndham DID NOT CARE, refused to document FOR ME, Refused to give me Officer contact info ETC CHARGES FILED BY EXCELLENT POLICE WORK NO ONE AT WYNDHAM CARED

Great experience. Food from restaurant is good, doesn't provide much selection though with menu.

The staff was friendly, went above and beyond to help. The construction next door is a bit annoying but the moment we complained they changed our room. Excellent customer service

Shuttle to/from hospitals was great, great location

We have stayed here several times for appointments in the area and just for fun. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The location is perfect. But the lady who is hostess and cashier in the restaurant at breakfast makes my stay every time. She is just he sweetest lady on the planet. Even when I'm sick as a dog she can make my day start well!

Clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was well organized and made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was close to NRG stadium nice and clean, staff was polite the only thing I hate is the construction that kept us awake

The double queen bed room was exceptional. It included a kitchenette, which is a plus! The room was quiet, neat, and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Wyndham Houston. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Houston.

3rd floor room was very comfortable, convenient to elevators and snack area. 2 queen beds gave us plenty of room to spread out and sleep comfortably. Shuttle service to the MDAnderson Cancer Center was always on time and provided clean passenger vans for our scheduled appointments.

We have been staying at this hotel periodically over the past 10 years. As one travelling from overseas for clinic evaluation at MDA, the hotel is like a home from home. Staff and amenities are good but if a more diverse Dinner menu is offered will be an immense improvement to guests who are not mobile

This Hotel is currently situated next to a massive construction zone that I had a great view of. The workers were out early before 7am on a Sunday morning with cranes moving massive amounts of rebar. Sweet. I booked my room more than 1 month in advance and was conveniently put in a room with a locked door designated for adjoining guests. I got to listen to girls giggling into the late hours of the night as though they were 3 feet away from me. Wonderful. Obviously you get what you pay for...and this is not an expensive hotel by any means...but I would have expected a somewhat better situation overall in terms of the room itself.

Good overall. Banging noise all night was disturbing for a good nights sleep.

Muy bien ubicado en el medical center, en general todo bien. Hace falta mas estacionamiento. Muy buen servicio de shootle para llevar a los huéspedes a lugares cercanos. Un hotel limpio, buena atención del personal.

The free transportation doesn't go to the NRG center. They need a Bette communication system because I told them twice the night before and called an hour before I needed to leave and told them I needed to leave by 11 in the handicap bus and when I got down there they never got the message and they didn't have the handicap bus. So I was an hour late and missed my workshop I paid for. Hotel isn't very wheelchair friendly and overpriced for what they offer. Parking really should be free there is nothing special about it and isn't protected. Don't go to the Burger King or Pizza Hut bc you will get asked a million times for money and they are gross anyway. The guy up front was by the valet desk was nice. The beds are hard but nice views.

I had a good experience staying at The Wyndham Medical Center. It was conveniently close to where my friends live. I used the business office and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was just right and everything worked except that the bath drain was clogged and the water didn't drain well. I got my room and airfare as part of a package deal with Orbitz. Do NOT rely on Super Shuttle for your transfers - Super Shuttle is unreliable and they don't care. I ended up having to take an Uber. Orbitz gave me a compensation coupon after I got home and complained.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of fast food nearby. Easy parking.

It was good. Bar staff was very good. No more to say

Hotel was very clean , and is within walking distance to the stadium (NRG )

Overall I had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Location was good for where I had to travel everyday. Staff was nice, the room was comfortable however, I did have a few ants in my bathroom through out my stay. I am not sure if this was just typical for the area but I just wanted to point this out.
