Old property that needs an update and maintenance. Shower drain was clogged, stains on couch....

Good location close to Downtown.

It was convenient to the Medical Center but a bit challenging to return to the Medical Center. I was disappointed to pay for a parking spot but it was not a secure parking area. The dining was closed---due to Covid--and while two fast food restaurants at end of parking lot---not many choices for food.

Walls are very thin and could hear very loud conversations at 12 midnight in next room. After talking to guest services 2 times about the loud talking and laughing and it kept going on. Tried calling back several times and did not get an answer I had to get out of bed and go down stairs to let them know it was still going on. Four guest agents standing around and apparently would not answer phone. People finally went to bed. Hotel has no control of keeping noise under control.

Not a bad stay, needs a little update. Parking is horrible.

No parking was available by the time I arrived for check in and the staff was unhelpful, rude and lazy.

The location was ideal. Room comfortable, spacious and clean.

Everything here was basically clean and good housekeeping. The big issue was the thermostat. It was too warm - would not cool down properly - and the fan was on a noisy high volume no matter what speed you selected. The other disappointment was being charged $14 / night to self park your car in the lot right in front of the hotel - that’s unreasonable.

Enjoyed the room and the staff The lobby was cleN and it was close to my destination

I liked the fact that it had a kitchen where we cooked our meals instead of going out to eat

I was really disappointed that the hotel room did not have a mini refrigerator, or a small microwave. I understand now that that is something I need to ask for, but it was the reason I checked out four days early
