My toilet was clogged when I arrived and although staff engineer was most gracious and worked hard to get it fixed after 2 flushed was clogged again - obviously was a bigger problem. Clean room and staff assisted me when I needed help with my rental car. They helped me inflate and directed me to a place to have tire fixed. The head valet person was so accommodating and truly nice.

I’ve been going to Houston for doctors appointments for 14 years, and this is the best place I have ever stayed — friendly staff, clean hotel, fantastic shuttle service. I’ll never stay anywhere else when in Houston.
