Front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. Hotel was is still undergoing renovation in some areas. Our room was clean but tub seemed moldy or bad paint job. Closet door was not attached. Overall good stay just minor details, great location and very easy parking.

I arrived at the property after driving more than 8 hours l, with a five year old. I arrived at the property at 1:45 pm (3pm Is standard check-in time) and requested an early checkin. I was informed that rooms were available but that I would receive an additional charge for that request. I had already paid for my room and found a 50.00 surcharge excessive. I left the property only to return at 5:30 pm. Please inform guests, prior to booking/arrival, that Hilton now charges a fee to request an early arrival …ie., 1:15 prior to your scheduled check in time which is listed as 3:00 pm

Our stay was good. Bed was comfortable and room was large. Only downfall was, our room was changed without us being told. We booked a suite and were given a studio. Asked for a handicapped accessibility room and we didnt receive that either. 1 staff member didnt know any answers when we asked questions, but everyone else was amazing and very helpful.

Sometimes the overnight oats and chia seed options were not available even around an hour after breakfast was serviced. Options at this place were good considering price. Was woken up at 650 am, and informed that someone might have to enter my room due to a broken pipe. That wasn’t an issue, however the receptionist asked if I was not aware that there was no water. I was not because I had been woken up - perhaps a bit more awareness could be warranted
