This hotel was nice. We got it at a discounted rate, so it was worth the money. The room was very nice and very clean, the shower was nice (although the door was a bit broken so water went everywhere), bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The a/c in the room worked very well and there was no smell. The breakfast was good (it included scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, ham egg and cheese sandwiches, boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc)! Dinner was offered for free during our stay, but it didn't look as appetizing (nachos). Here are my qualms: The parking costs $16 per day, and the pool was closed. We were expecting the parking fee (we factored it into our budget), but the pool was supposed to be open before our stay. When we booked, the timeline for pool renovation finished before our trip. However, when we arrived at the hotel and looked for the pool, we found it was not even close to completed. It was entirely frustrating and disappointing, as the pool was a major reason we booked this hotel. All things considered, it was a nice stay, but make sure you phone the hotel before booking, as they clearly do not always update their information.

My daughter and I stayed here for her dance competition and was really satisfied. I was able to cook my eggs in the kitchen provided. Nice living area separate from our bedroom. We had a king bed with down comforter which was very comfortable. Walking distance from Galleria.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only thing I was not happy about is they charged $16 per night for parking in their deck. $16 is a little high, I could have just parked at the mall across the street for free. There were plenty of parking spaces in the parking deck and most of us parked in two lanes. I only picked this hotel since I am a Hilton Member but I could have stayed at the Embassy Suite across the street for a cheaper price and they had free parking. The parking fee should be advertised in the hotel description as a heads up before we book. After driving 11 hours and paying for the room in advance, I was just too tired to argue or go find another hotel.

Excellent Hotel all around/ the personnel are very polite, the location is amazing. the cleanliness is great.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment for the weekend. Extremely quiet and clean. Despite being a tall building, elevators were fast and there was very little waiting. Nice pool and convenient parking structure. Only disappointment was the hot food selection on Saturday and Sunday was more limited than what I am used to at Homewood Suites.

Great stay. Definitely I will come back wit my family.

Comfortable bed and extremely nice service. Kitchenette, too. Would definitely stay here again. Located right across from the Galleria Mall, if that means anything to you, fellow traveler.

Excellent place to stay. Free breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, what more can you ask for. I also asked for and got late checkout at 2 p.m. Fantastic.

We had a very good hotel stay here. Conveniently located one block behind Galleria. Front desk staff Kelly and team was excellent. Good cleaning crew. Breakfast convenient with trays to bring up to the room if you wish. Great kitchen in rooms with full size refrigerator. We would stay here again!

I stayed here for 5 days after having a very extensive surgical procedure. The staff was great! They were so kind... Some of the staff members actually hugged my friend and I as we left. The best thing about this hotel was the food! Breakfast and dinner was great!!! Super filling, tasty, and surprisingly healthy. I ate about to delicious meals during my stay. That's about a $200 value! Price is right, staff is great, room is stylish and comfortable... If I have to go back to Houston, I WIILL stay here!! No doubt!

The hotel was great, not only did they serve a full breakfast but 4 days out of the week, they also served a full dinner WITH beer and wine. Our rooms were great and clean, beds were comfortable and staff was really helpful and accomadating. My kids loved the indoor pool. ONLY drawback was the hot tub...the water was murky and it has algae in it. But otherwise, great location and great hotel. I would stay there again.

I had business in the Galleria area, so the location was great. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. There was debri in the hallway outside of my room which never got cleaned up, and my room had an unpleasant smell to it. I do not think this property was worth the $250 per night it cost me, but I paid that due to its location.

We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to Lakewood Church and the walking distance to Houston Galleria. I was impressed! Monday through Thursday the hotel serves free dinner, breakfast was really good with lots of options (toast, scones, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and more!), and the hotel staff was kind and friendly. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. I've stayed in nicer hotels and had much less than this, so I was very happy. We doing the same retreat next year and I will be booking this exact hotel again.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were excellent. The full sized kitchen was an added plus.

We went to Houston for shopping, We arrived by plane so we had no car, sincerely I did not checked if Homewood hotel had shuttle services to different places such as malls or the premium outlets(the doubletree does).I thought that all the hotels in the area, will be trying to compete in the same basis. The rest of the services were ok.

The hotel is very good, very well located, very clean and the attention of personal excelent. There is only one complaintment, the bed is too soft and my back still hurts, they should do something about it.

We traveled with our newborn and our teenager, the suites were perfect to seperate the hungry baby from the others sleeping or playing in the other in room.

Perfect for a family. Did I mention the great complementary breakfast AND dinner?

This hotel is centrally located, less than a block from the Galleria. Not only do they serve a good breakfast with hot & cold items but, Mon. thru Thurs, they serve a set menu dinner free of charge as well. the staff is extremely accomidating & the Mgr. is accessable & very helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished & spacious. There is a kitchenette in each room, Some are living room/bedroom combinations. Some are studios & there are some two bedroom suites as well. I would definitely stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Houston.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here it was perfect!!! The staff was friendly the bed was so comfortable and the space in the room was wonderful.I was worried about the kitchen scared it would smell like cooked food from previous travlers but NOOO it was great!!! I would recommend you to stay here. Also, you can walk to the Galleria that's how close it is to the mall!
