It was an okay stay but it would of been better if they cleaned the rooms everyday. I know it’s still covid but they need to find a better way to get things done disappointed and no I will not be coming back

The property was a pleasant surprise. We needed a 2 bedroom suite for this trip and liked the idea of the 2 bathrooms. When we first entered the unit, the main room seemed very small and we were surprised that there was not more room in the bedrooms to accommodate luggage. The furniture in the bedrooms has clearly been updated but the living furniture was very old and the couch was falling apart. Given the nature of the trip and the fact we would be spending a lot of time in the room, we discussed the issue with the manager and the possibility of moving to a different hotel. The manager was extremely understanding and helpful. She offered to refund the stay but also advised us that the hotel is updating the living furniture in phases and there were a few rooms in the hotel that had the newer upgraded couch. She offered to have a couch brought down to our room to replace the existing one while we were out at our appts. To say that the new couch made a difference is an understatement. The room look revived and modern and most importantly it was extremely comfortable. The way the management handled the customer service situation was very impressive and every interaction we had during our stay was this way. The beds were very comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was much better than the average continental breakfast. All in all we were very impressed with the property and especially the management there.

Nice clean room! Very professional and helpful stuff!

Rooms were clean almost like being at home more than enough room & safe for my family. Staff was great needs were met. Will be coming back

Location is perfect, the room was very spacious and clean to accommodate our family of five. However, the only thing we didn’t like was the use of styrofoam plates and bowls and plastic utensils with no recycle bin in the dining area.

I didnt like the parking fee nor a deposit fee...Not to mention outdated shower...

The Staff was great. Parking charges on top of hotel charge was a bit much. Water came down from maintenance issue 3 floors above, poured out of panel above bathroom sink, our toiletries got wet. Maintenance arrived quickly, cleaned up the mess and were very nice.

I stayed in this hotel with my little ones and do not recommend for those with small children. There was no bathtub. Our room was a handicap room, which we did not request, so the only thing in bathroom was a shower you would find in a hospital with a curtain to the floor, not ideal to bathe an infant. We tried to go to the indoor pool only to be disappointed to find the room climate controlled but no heated pool. The dishwasher was pulled out of it's spot and unusable along with busted baseboards so I had to keep my little one away from certain areas. The breakfast was nice and closeness to Galleria, but next time I will stay elsewhere.

Like the convenience to Galleria, it is a five minutes walk distance. The food is great on both breakfast and social evening. The room is clean and fully equipped with kitchen amenities. The pool is less than desired cleanness, the parking garage is not very easy to navigate, you can hear cars from the room. Other than the minor issues, the rest are all great!!

Horrible parking... impossible to park in extremely narrow parking spaces. Also, you could hear the elevators making a sound like a train going up and down all night long even though we were pretty far from the elevators.

This hotel was nice. We got it at a discounted rate, so it was worth the money. The room was very nice and very clean, the shower was nice (although the door was a bit broken so water went everywhere), bed and pillows were comfy and clean. The a/c in the room worked very well and there was no smell. The breakfast was good (it included scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, ham egg and cheese sandwiches, boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, milk, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc)! Dinner was offered for free during our stay, but it didn't look as appetizing (nachos). Here are my qualms: The parking costs $16 per day, and the pool was closed. We were expecting the parking fee (we factored it into our budget), but the pool was supposed to be open before our stay. When we booked, the timeline for pool renovation finished before our trip. However, when we arrived at the hotel and looked for the pool, we found it was not even close to completed. It was entirely frustrating and disappointing, as the pool was a major reason we booked this hotel. All things considered, it was a nice stay, but make sure you phone the hotel before booking, as they clearly do not always update their information.

My daughter and I stayed here for her dance competition and was really satisfied. I was able to cook my eggs in the kitchen provided. Nice living area separate from our bedroom. We had a king bed with down comforter which was very comfortable. Walking distance from Galleria.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only thing I was not happy about is they charged $16 per night for parking in their deck. $16 is a little high, I could have just parked at the mall across the street for free. There were plenty of parking spaces in the parking deck and most of us parked in two lanes. I only picked this hotel since I am a Hilton Member but I could have stayed at the Embassy Suite across the street for a cheaper price and they had free parking. The parking fee should be advertised in the hotel description as a heads up before we book. After driving 11 hours and paying for the room in advance, I was just too tired to argue or go find another hotel.

Excellent Hotel all around/ the personnel are very polite, the location is amazing. the cleanliness is great.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment for the weekend. Extremely quiet and clean. Despite being a tall building, elevators were fast and there was very little waiting. Nice pool and convenient parking structure. Only disappointment was the hot food selection on Saturday and Sunday was more limited than what I am used to at Homewood Suites.

Great stay. Definitely I will come back wit my family.

Comfortable bed and extremely nice service. Kitchenette, too. Would definitely stay here again. Located right across from the Galleria Mall, if that means anything to you, fellow traveler.
