This was the Omni hotel which was purchased by Hyatt and it is badly in need of a refurb. Examples in our room alone. Bedside lamp was out, TV was unwatchable, wall lamp fixing loose. Service was good, the event we attended was great but the hotel was just a bit sad

Great staff

Fancy, peaceful and quiet!

Beautiful experience, very clean, friendly and professional staff. If I ever go back to Houston I will be staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Hyatt Regency looks very modern and upscale as you initially see the outside and lobby/conference spaces. Our largest issue was the the room itself seemed a little out of date and due for a remodel. For one, the bathrooms don't have any type of fan or vent, so it created a pretty humid environment. Wasn't sure if our room was missing a blanket or if the blankets themselves are just that thin. Not a bad experience, but it would be nice if the rooms themselves matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

The ambiance was amazing!!

I liked the open concept of the hotel. It’s a beautiful scene as you walk inside with all the water, fish, and plants. It’s really inviting. The outside was impressive too. The building itself is gorgeous!

The rooms

Staff was great. Location was good.

The place was nice , however I kept smelling marijuana in the hallways. And very noisy , so my wife and I left within hours of being there. Also I noticed on my bank statement I was charged twice for the room which I’m disputing at the moment.

Very nice facility.

I like the hotel layout but due to COVID-19 staffing from house keeping never cleaner up my bedroom I had to call front desk..to get the matter resolved. They also tried to overcharge me my initial offering.

Surrounding area was nice, the lobby was so amazing, but the rooms are so outdated. The roof in our bathroom had a ton of water stains.
