I don’t like that there was hardly no water pressure in the bathroom sink. I don’t like the rules about stains about towels and sheets. When there was a time they gave me towel with a stain and immediately bought it to their attention. Worrying about being charge is not a good feeling. I’ve never heard of this my life. The hotel was clean. All trash’s should have trash bags which they don’t.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds since I was travelling with my wife and 6 foot tall 15 year old son. They put me in a king room without telling me. When I went to the desk to get it fixed they said they had no double queen rooms. I paid extra for the double queens and if you’ve ever slept on a pullout mattress you would too. Oh and the TV had one channel that worked… QVC.

Our tv didn’t work and they said they could put a request in for maintenance the next day or I could move room. Our body wash in the shower was empty the first day we were there. There was a huge cockroach in the bathtub.

I'm a small-town country girl fro southern West Virginia, and I was traveling alone on this trip. I actually lived in Houston back in 1989 - it's been a few moons! This was my first time back since then, and I'll admit, I was a little nervous about being in the "big city" by myself. But I have to say, I felt very safe in this area, which put my mind at ease right away. The hotel itself was spotless, my room was outstanding - clean, comfortable, and everything I needed. The staff was friendly and professional too. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone visiting Houston. And if (hopefully when) I make it back to Houston again, I'll definitely be staying here! The price was affordable. Good value.
