Bed sheets were dirty and pillow cases were stained. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. I requested one but after 30 min of waiting I was told there was none available. The room was very hot even after adjusting the ac. Overall, the rooms are outdated.

Eeverthing in this hotel is wonderfuel. The location is perfect close t galleria

Beautiful property in great location away from the traffic of the galleria.

Loved the aesthetic of the property only real disappointment was the quality of the bed. Old/hard/noisey mattress. Most uncomfortable hotel sleep ever, it made me glad I was only staying for one night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and nice looking.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was nice. Shower needed an update.

Coffee maker in room wasn’t working. Overall room had a musty smell.

Our over all experience was positive. The bathroom had kind of dirt/blood? Smudge on the bathroom corner of the floor near the tub and door As well as black mold in the cocking of the tub. I also wish we had had a refrigerator in the room.
