Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice hotel in definite need of some updating. Service at the front desk was excellent. Staff was friendly. The parking fee was quite high. Especially considering the distance to anything makes a car quite a necessity. For the price point I would probably consider other options.

Can’t ask for more! Excellent customer services! So pleasant to stay at this beautiful hotel, Black Swan is definitely a plus!

I had specifically called them to confirm their spa n hot tub we’re working , they said yes. When I checked in they said oh no it’s not open , I even showed them the phone call that I had made with time and number and the manager said they would look into it, it’s been a week they never refunded me nor gave me a call back . Wouldn’t expect this kind of service from an Omni but I guess they have lowered their levels

I didn’t check in at all I was evacuating from the hurricane ida and it was a lot of traffic so I didn’t made it I’m asking for partial refund at least because I have a Babie with me in the car and over 600 is too much that’s not a vacation is a evacuation please understand this situation and send me a partial refund

The Shuttle service is no longer available but is not mentioned on the website and the spa is closed on Mon-Wed. the days that we were there, and again, not mentioned until you get there.

Heard some unusual noises at night, motors, fans etc made it difficult to rest at night

The staff was great but unfortunately with zero food or transportation I would have stayed closer to the galleria to walk to food etc. I’ve stayed many times at the Omni pre Covid and liked it

Very clean! Taking many extra precautions during the Covid pandemic. Felt very safe staying here
