Perfect location, decent price, nice room, walking distance to everything, nice pool, and lounge areas. The staff was amazing I had no issues & everyone was so helpful. Thanks again.
I called before my check in to make sure the pool was open and I was assured that there is an indoor pool that is open. Upon my checkin I was advised the pool must be reserved and it was already booked for the day! The toilet and shower were both nasty! I had to leave.. I could not stay the entire night! Luckily, I live relatively close!
my wife and i enjoyed our stay. comfortable, clean, convenient to the community surrounding galleria in houston. if your a golfer, i strongly recommend playing memorial park gc which is located in the same community...lots of dining available.
Do not waste your time and money! The room are super small and the walls are so thin you can hear everything that’s going on on your neighbors room. The rooms are conjoining which gives me major anxiety. I booked for a king bed room, but when i arrived they only had double beds. I was told they was putting a hold for $100 which ended up being $117.21. Plus $22 parking that i wasn’t aware of until i checked out to find out about the hold. Completely annoyed! The hotel give high end prostitute vibes. To top all of that off at around 8am the housekeepers start cleaning the room and slamming doors. Because the walls are so think you hear it all! DO NOT STAY HERE.
When we arrived, none of the staff were wearing masks and continued not to while assisting us. We were put in a room with dog urine clearly on the wall and carpet. We were traveling with an infant and dog, we woke up to ants all over our babies burp cloths and feeding supplies and in our dogs belongings. We were moved to another room and staff was apologetic but the issue of quality control is still a problem. How did you miss the urine? They also admitted they knew the ants were a problem in that area. The road noise was terrible and there were a lot of motorcycle/street racing noises all night long. The other guests at the hotel were also clearly smoking in the hotel and blatantly rolling joints and smoking weed all around the garage. The hotel is not well maintained, at first glance it does not look terrible but then you notice it really is not very clean and is pretty run down. Carpet in rough shape, an offputting smell throughout, lots of dings scrapes and flaws that just haven't been addressed. Overall, I would not stay at this location and probably would not return to an Aloft again.
I had a higher expectation for the hotel. The building was dirty and in the common areas was very HOT, and it was at night when I was checking in and getting to my room.
I love everything about the room !!! And the employees are awesome!!!

They staff at the check in desk were great! We were staying at the Aloft to attend the Astros games. They were so exciting e in he World Series!
Mall, CVS, and a couple if resturants nearby so that was convenient
The shortage of washcloths was something that I didn't like. The housekeeping supervisor had a bit of attitude when I tried to communicate with her. She left a lasting impression on me. Other than that, the desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast taste kinda like the metal can it probably came from. I asked for no bacon on my sheet, yet she piled it on anyway.
