Three stories (three flights of stairs, no elevator) luxury home in a gated community inside Loop 610 close to many restaurants in the beloved area of The Heights and downtown Houston.

The house is brand new with fully equipped kitchen, 4K large TV's with Cable; WiFi, laptop friendly space, working desks in all three bedrooms. It has two car garage and an extra car can park on the street.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and one of the queens. The other queen is located on the bottom floor. The kitchen, the dining room and living room are on the second floor. No elevator.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. We had a sibling reunion over the weekend and it was an absolutely amazing property to stay in. This house is beautiful and in a great location. The Farmers Market is a short walk away and went 2 different days. The owners have done an outstanding job keeping it well appointed very clean and comfortable. The primary bedroom is beautiful! The owners did not expect anything upon our exit except to place the dirty dishes in the sink. I loved that about this property. I will stay again next time I am in Houston.
