The 1,500 square-foot 1930's duplex is in the heart of the best neighborhood in Houston. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and nightlife spots, and is very close to museums, the Houston Medical Center, downtown and the sports stadiums. Our place is perfect for couples and friends, business travelers, as well as medical center visitors. The apartment occupies the first floor of the building and has it's own entry. This is a calm, comfortable, clutter-free home that you will love for its charm, well-equipped kitchen and unbeatable location.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
