Nothing fancy. Just a place with basic amenities.

I came to stay here for a medical visit but decided to see a baseball game while here. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and the rooms were up to par. Definitely would recommend.

Each access from medical center , parking, quite

filthy hotel this was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting and filthy stains on the sheets Plus a little black hairs on the sheets . The. Staff was horribly rude and did nothing to help any of our situation I will never ever use them again and would not recommend this place to anyone

I was visiting a hospital patient for a week and needed a low cost, close by option Americas Best Value Inn fit the bill. An easy drive from the Medical centers, Nice room and wi-fi.

I showed up for my reservation and the place was empty. I asked for a downstairs room and the reply was there was nothing available. Then I was given an upstairs room furthest away from the stairs. When I opened the door it was miserably hot and it never fully cooled off! The A/C unit would automatically shut off 15 minutes every hour like clock work. It wasn't until maybe 3am before it was comfortable enough to sleep. The next morning I noticed that several of the downstairs rooms were vacant. This is poor training by management. Maybe, those empty rooms were smoking rooms (which I would not have stayed in) but you should always make your customers aware of what IS available and allow the customer to make the decision then to just feed them whatever to get them out of the lobby.

Bathroom was dirty and the bathtub sceaved me out. It was gross!

We spent alot of time away from the hotel but when there the bed was very comfortable and we sleep well. A coffee pot in the room would of made the mornings perfect.

Great value for what you pay. Helpful staff members and clean room.

I just happend to look this hotel up at this location and figured it would be good. The gentleman that was at the counter was very pleasant and even helpful when I asked him directions to a restaurant. When I got to my room it smelled real good and clean to a T. I'm very picky and I have a bad germ problem but when I stay here i feel real good. A plus is that every time I found I end up with the same room Love it

My room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent as well.

I would stay again. I sent to museum district and literally hundreds less than the other hotels. Really nice rooms

The hotel was decent as a place to sleep. The room was clean beds comfortable and the location was very convenient to the Museum District, which was the destination my wife and I were interested in visiting. There were no drawers to store clothing in however and limited shelf space and only one chair in the room which made it difficult for the two of us to sit at the table together to eat a snack or play games or any other thing that required a surface and seating for two. There was no place other than the floor to put our suitcases on which prevented us from 'living out of the suitcase' for the two days we were there. The microwave and refrigerator were helpful but once again, only one chair? I would not advise it for a stay longer than a day or two. Basically a place to sleep.

Stay was ok. Room was really small and sheets were dirty so we got them changed soon as we arrived. Toilet was dirty and we used slippers in the shower and out just for caution. Location was great we were close by everything.

Great but the sink was a moody. other than that it was fine.

The gentleman that helped me was nice but I had to wait for 15 minutes as he talked to his friend about where someone lived. I was pretty ticked off. The room didn't look clean because the carpet needed to be replaced, the heater was broke it was either too hot or too cold. The bathroom was horrible also. The toilet seat wobbled around as you sat on it and I'm only 130 pounds. Lol The water pressure was very low in the shower, for hot water the water would barely come out! The room was $65.00 for one night but I wasn't expecting a rat hole.

Parking can be better and showers could be cleaner. Other than that good room, good bed, good value, good stay.

nice location and reasonable price. but the blanket is not very clean and the breakfast is so so.

As the name implies, this hotel is trying to save you money, not impress you with amenities. It was a very good stay for the price; the staff were helpful; the room was pretty clean and comfortable; it is reasonably close to public transportation. The "continental breakfast" was cereal (2 choices) and milk, packaged muffins, and coffee, which was fine by me.

It was a very hot summer day in Houston, Texas. We got into the room to find out that the A/C was off! It was very hot in the room. After turning on the A/C, it took a long time for the room to cool down. This was the first hotel that I encountered that turned off A/C in guest rooms to save cost even there will be guests living in the rooms on the very day. Very bad experience! Also, the towels in the room were not good or clean.
