Average rooms nothing fancy. Property needs to be renovated seems old and has weird smell in the rooms. Hot water in bathrooms takes forever to come and water is not hot it’s warm. Had to buy our own toilet paper and soap because hotel ones were so cheap. For similar price there are much better options

Clean, quiet and spacious

This was the 2nd time staying at this Hotel and this time it was much more enjoyable. The 1st time I had a connecting room and it was very loud and the room had seen its fair share of wear and tear. This time the room was a non-connecting room which I requested and it was more spacious quiet and no obvious signs of wear and tear

Great staff but needs remodeling

The hotel is in need of serious updating. There were multiple leaks on the ceiling, areas that needed paint and the carpet was damp. The bathroom had multiple areas needing re-caulking.

Really good value. The rooms are suites, which is nice. An adequate breakfast and easy parking. The staff are first class. Unlike some other "suite" hotels, the rooms are cleaned daily. A nich touch. Handy for the Galleria.

Great hotel and service. The pool had some issues and breakfast selection decent. The two bedroom suite was great, very comfortable. Would stay again.
