In general the hotel was great. I got stuck in an elevator for about 20 minutes. The staff was great and rectified the situation quickly. And one day the shower had little hot water. Otherwise the hotel was great.

My daughter had a dance competition at the Galleria, and the host hotel was sold out. I am so glad we booked here! Our suite was amazing, and my daughter enjoyed having her own king size bed!

Cons- Toilet was not working properly it kept on making a really loud noise after flushing, couldn’t connect my phone to tv due to an error, they need to update the popcorn ceiling to a more modern look, blow dryer needs more power, shower pressure could use more power as well. Pros Amazing view, bed is comfortable, nice restroom, mall access through hotel, valet service is very efficient, nice bar.
