I arrived at the hotel at 10:00pm after a long sat of travel. Spent 300 on a room only to take an ICE COLD shower in the morning!!!

Service was a complete nightmare!! Every time I asked for something, staff took more than an hour and after several calls. Room was dirty. I paid for three persons and they didn't set up the extra bed, and I had to do it myself. Next day they left the comforter, pillows and sheets on the floor. I ordered some things at Amazon and I tracked the packages with Front Desk and they kept on telling me that they haven't received anything when Amazon had already confirmed delivery and on Saturday night they told me that perhaps UPS office had received it but they couldn't do anything until Monday morning because they were closed on Sunday. It was a complete mess. The should be more responsible of the service they retain for handling packages.

Decent enough bed and room features. Staff though is slow and lacks thiroughness and attention to detail. Menu was missing from my room. Had to call twice plus have a 40 minute wait for the menu. The food came quicker. Probably because there was a $13.99 delivery charge. Then mentioned twice that in room dim in was available at check in. Not once about the high fee. I wonder why. I am from NYC aand used to fees for everything. And accountability when the service isn't delivered on. None of that here. Coffee pot was also missing. Front desk said I should have let them know otherwise they have no way of knowing. You mean other than having some quality control procedures in place?

The location is what you're paying for with the price-- the room was perfectly adequate, but I expected more because of the cost, there wasn't anything special. The staff was nice and being in the Galleria is very convenient if you have any reason to shop and want to check out some good food.

The room was great in size, also perfect location this is where you want to be and a great price.

Nice place to stay and hold a conference, being attached to the galleria was easy access for quality dining.

I am a fan of Westin Hotels. Especially the hotels that are attached to the malls. Seeming that it broke 106 degrees on Friday inthe shade, we were ready for an ice cold room. I guess the a/c was not working in our room. They went out of their way to get us into a different room at 4:30 a.m. which was as long as I could stand it. The staff at this hotel is fabulous!!!!! They were so pleasant and polite. They truly made the stay for us. We shopped till we dropped. Girls no tax shopping and eating out and cocktails weekend!. The pool was amazing especially when the sidewalks could have cooked bacon let alone an egg. We have already made plans to go back for pre Holiday shopping.

It was convenient and clean. It was very nice! The wifi was great. Enjoyed being in the Houston Galleria. The staff was very accommodating.

I was in town for a shopping trip with my girlfriends. Couldn't ask for a better location! The room was spacious and made for a very comfortable stay.

The Westin Oaks Galleria met and exceeded our expectations. This was a shopping trip for Ladies only. The hotel was conveniently connected to the Galleria Mall. The staff was friendly and free hotel parking in the blue garage was a nice perk. We had a wonderful weekend!

Restaurants should improve their menu options, a little bit expensive for what they offer. Not so many options for a quick good meal.

Great stay for lots of fun at the Galleria. Connected to the Galleria so easy and secure access for all day shopping and plenty of restaurants for all our cravings. Room Service was delightful. Room had a refrigerator, but not a microwave.
