Great experience staying at CQ. Will definitely recommend and stay in the future
This property is absolutely AMAZING!!! From the staff to the rooms, just absolutely AMAZING!!! I read the reviews before booking and they were mixed. But the one thing that stood out and the reason I booked with them is because each review (good or bad) said that the staff was friendly and helpful. I’m so very glad I didn’t experience what some of the others went through. Cause baby my experience was so incredibly wonderful!!! From the start the communication was on point. Check in was super easy. And they were in constant communication with me every step of the way! From what did I need? To what was bringing me in town? To how can they make my stay the most enjoyable stay possible. The room… the room was SPECTACULAR! Super clean and comfortable and spacious! I believe they upgraded my room because of course that wonderful communication before I even arrived, I was able to share with them that it was my birthday weekend. And sweet mercy Jesus did they make it special for me! They had a birthday card waiting for me on the bed. The forecast was bad, so the room was nice and toasty. Everything was in place and in order. Just an really nice and welcoming place to come to after a long day of travel. THANK YOU!!! I know this review is getting long, but they deserve more! Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!! I want to write an even better review but then if it’s too good, the prices are going to go up. Lmao!!! Just teasing. Superb job Club Quarters!!! Superb performance indeed!!!
The last time we had stayed at Club Quarters in Houston was before the pandemic. Back then it was very nice boutique hotel. Fast fowarding to now, it was a great disappointment to find that the property has a definitely run down vibe. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again.
Our tv wasn’t working so they offered us to change rooms with an upgrade! The staff was amazing and very kind! And the hotel was nice and clean!
Great Communication with text updates. Loved the Water Station.. Check-in was smooth Easy walk to Minute Maid...
Customer service was outstanding
Plus: Walking distance to Minute Maid Ballpark, Close to Lone Star Taco (Delicious & affordable)...Hotel priced right, super clean & friendly, Complimentary Coffee & Water Bottles, Parking garage across the street...
Great place to stay
Really friendly service
The room was small and cute, and decently appointed. They tout being very tech-forward but their app is terrible and I could never take advantage. It was really convenient to walk to the ballet from the hotel, though. Very conveniently located. Also the password parameters are different on the app vs the website, and the whole tech process was way more complicated than I have experienced at any other hotel property. All in all, I would stay here again. I just would ignore all of their tech options, sadly.
