I went to Houston on business and was very impressed with the hotel and the city

Quaint hotel near downtown hot spots and convenient location near the train to take you to medical center, nrg stadium, etc. Only issue during my stay was they ran out of parking w valet so I had to self park about 2 blocks away. Not the worst thing in the world, but inconvenient in the rain. There were several events going on in town that wknd so I'm sure that was the issue. I understand, but still inconvenient. Overall, i was pleased with the hotel staff, the small, but clean room, and the location. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Managed from call center. Getting local on phone is frustrating. Night staff disinterested. Never again.

This is not my first or second choice when working with a nearby customer. The hallways are narrow and the rooms small. The bathrooms are like I would expect at a European hotel. The attached café is very proud of its food and doesn't serve anything I would call "normal". The valet for cars is prompt but very expensive. There is very little staff since the check-in/out process is entirely automated.

Hairs that were not mine in the bathroom. Dirty shower floor.

The hotel has an excellent location in Houston downtown. Good facilities, gym, nice lobby

The hotel is relatively old; it has a weird musty smell throughout the building. The hotel room itself wasn't in the best shape, the shower head had clear signs of mold, there were some random hairs in the shower that weren't cleaned, the bed sheets were not comfortable at all (like a plastic feeling, polyester maybe?). Would not stay here again just due to these small issues.

Club Quarters was great for my short stay in Houston with easy check in, friendly staff, fruit/snacks in the lobby for a quick bite, and filtered water on each floor. My room was small with a queen-sized bed, a small closet, and a shower, but it was all clean with a convenient layout, and I was pleased with my stay.

Good value in a great location. Wonderful lobby, easy check-in and check-out.

This hotel is beautiful, great location, cozy rooms, convenience of walking to restaurants and fairly priced. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Houston Texas.

This was in a perfect location. Walking distance from parks and several restaurants. Staff was great! They were very accomdating and in my opinion the overall customer service rating is at a 10. I will definitely stay there again!

The only down side to this hotel is the amount of homeless people who stay outside and don't leave. The staff does a great job to keep them moving but unfortunately they are always around

The hotel was decent enough and nice staff. Problems with our room though. The first day we were there we received to cleaning service. We came back to our room in the evening and the bed was not made and our dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor. Two phone calls and 45 minutes later we finally got towels but only one set for two of us. Then that same evening we started hearing what sounded like a constant running of water in the A/C vent. We called the front desk and they sent someone up but they had no idea what it was so we had to switch rooms at 11:00 at night because it was so loud we could not sleep. The room they moved us too was not much better. Every few minutes there was loud noises from the rail every time it went by. Also, the shower was moldy.


First time staying at this hotel. I would stay again. Friendly and very helpful staff. Courtesy shuttle to conference site saved on cab.

Hotel was a bit disappointing. Nursing home smell on the guest room corridor, mold in my bathroom, water flows out of the shower because the curtain rod is broken. The interiors look like a contractor picked out finishes and colors. Finally, I cancelled my final night of stay more than 24 hours in advance, and I was charged a fee. When I asked to have this waived, the desk staff blamed it on third parties.

My room had all the desired amenities: ironing board and iron, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom had a slight moldy smell, but was otherwise great. The lobby is very pleasant.

I was not pleased with the small room. Not enough towels for two people
