I booked this hotel for a quick 24-hour stay because of its downtown Houston location, which was definitely convenient. The staff at the front desk were very kind, welcoming, and helpful — they’re honestly the main reason I’m giving this hotel three stars. However, the room felt extremely small for it being a King Size bed room. The bathroom was just a few feet from the edge of the bed, and the space felt much tighter than other places I’ve stayed. The valet was convenient at times, but we had to circle the block three times at one point because there was no space available, and traffic in the area is pretty heavy. Overall, great staff and good location, but the room size and valet situation made it an average stay for me. Three stars.
